Relax on the sleeper sofa (sized for 1 adult or 2 small children) and enjoy movies on the large Smart TV. Queen air mattress is also available.

Living Room – open concept living area with large sectional couch and Smart TV.

Dining Room – large dining area with a side bar, equipped with everything you need to make a delicious cocktail.

Kitchen – fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishware, glassware, silverware, toaster oven, toaster, rice cooker, hand mixer, blender, Nutribullet, coffee bar with Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee, French press, electric kettle.

Laundry – washer & dryer, stocked with detergents and dryer sheets

Outdoor – patio cover with outdoor seating, lounge chairs, gas bbq grill, private pool & spa.
Pool can be heated up to 85 degrees for $75/day. Please let us know 24 hours in advance of your arrival if you would like the pool heated.
Spa is heated at no charge.
Please note that the spa will be off between 11pm-8am. During this time, the pool filter will run to circulate the water so guests can enjoy a clean pool during the day.

Parking – 1 vehicle in garage, 2 vehicles in driveway. Street parking allowed during the day, but overnight parking on the street is not allowed. Vehicles will be towed at driver's expense.

Car transportation is definitely recommended. Uber/Lyfts are more than welcomed. Please send your license plate number prior to your stay. This will allow you to enter/exit from multiple streets.

Home is located in gated community Indian Palms Country Club. The neighborhood features a 27 hole championship golf course, and a clubhouse for food and drinks.

Our home is located in a very peaceful, family friendly neighborhood.
We ask that you keep noise to a minimum in the backyard.
Small speakers are allowed. No big boombox speakers allowed on the property.
Music in the backyard needs to be at a minimum level with consideration of our neighbors. The HOA community and city of Indio has strict noise ordinance and any fines imposed will be paid by the guest.

Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am.

Pet Policy - Approval required before booking. 2 pets maximum, 25 lbs each. Pet fee is $75 per pet per stay. No pets on furniture. Please pick-up after your pets. Any additional cleaning fees due to pets will be charged to guest.

Guest access:
Guest has access to the entire home and backyard, as well as 2 community pools.
Pool keys for the 2 community pools are located on the WELCOME sign near the front door.

Garbage & recycling bins are taken out & emptied on Mondays.
Pool maintenance is every Tuesday & Friday.

Rules

During the summer months, we will preset the thermostat so that the house will be cooled to 78 degrees upon your arrival. We ask that you do not set the thermostat below 72 degrees as this can cause the AC unit to freeze entirely and the unit to stop working during your stay.



No street parking overnight.
No smoking or vaping in the house.
No events, parties or large gatherings.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK. The Guest will use the pool & spa at their own risk. The Guest assumes all risks of bodily injury or death resulting from use of the pool & spa located on the premises. This assumption of risk extends to all guest, their minor children, or anyone else on the property.


PRECAUTIONS. The Guest agrees to take reasonable precautions to ensure safety when using the pool & spa. These precautions include, but are not limited to, locking any entrances to the pool & spa when unsupervised by an adult. No running or diving. No glassware around the pool & spa. Individuals unable to swim or children under the age of 13 are not allowed to use the pool & spa unsupervised. An adult Guest must be present at all times.
