The pictures make it look a lot better than it isIn the closet there is a door to the outside of the house that has a big gap on the top and a bunch of bugs get inThe host told me when I canceled the booking that I would be refunded the remainder of my stay and then after the cancellation went through she refunded me half

All throughout Trey's stay I'd ask him ''how's everything?" and every time "everything was fine". Wednesday evening we were chatting like friends (we like Trey) and, as usual, asked him if there was anything he needed, but again, "everything was fine". Nothing about bugs in the house until 2 days later, Friday morning, VRBO informed us that Trey canceled his reservation because of the bugs. I was shocked especially after we kept asking him if he needed anything, Wednesday evening being the latest. No warning at all, otherwise we'd gladly vacuum and clean the whole house for him, at no charge, even though he lived in it for a month and a half, and also we'd check/replace the weather strip on the closet's door - which btw we did. EVERYTHING was an easy fix. According to VRBO there is NO refund at all, but I refunded half. I believe there was no reason for Trey's cancelation, the house could had been thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned if we were aware of the issue like we did, instead of leaving a non-deserving super negative review especially when I bend backwards to please our guests. Great family property

The house is a perfect little house for a family stay! Cozy & cute. Great view of the beach & rock. There are quite a few stairs to get down to the house but otherwise it is absolutely perfect. Peaceful. We enjoyed our visit here!

Nice and relaxing

A nice and comfortable place with lots of character, plants and places to sit and relax. The host (Angie) is great at communicating and making sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. She also gives great recommendations on places to see and places to eat.

Amazing!! Amazing!! We had the best experience with Angie and Greg. We will definitely be returning. The place was very peaceful had everything we could possibly need. Angie was very detailed and so helpful.
The sunset view from our room was amazing 🤩

Quirky place, very sweet host

Angie made the check-in process very easy and the listing is accurate. This place is very quirky with a heavy DIY feel. We stayed for the weekend with small kids, who loved the crow’s nest and suspension bridge plus all the kids’ toys. The kiddos also appreciated the frequent animal sightings. The kitchen is very well stocked with just about anything you could desire.

We could see the ocean from the yard. Angie and her family have worked very hard to create a backyard space with views that is fun and entertaining for the whole family. The kids loved crossing the bridge, ringing the bell, playing with trucks and tetherball. The hot tub was not over-chlorinated and was a nice end to a long day on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, though we were mostly in town and at the beach. We had everything we needed. Angie is the sweetest and you can tell she really loves people and hosting. Thanks for sharing and visiting with us! :)

The location is very cozy and has everything a family needs for a long stay, including lots of outdoor play space and a short (steep) walk to the grocery store. The hosts were wonderful, friendly, attentive and kind and live on the same property.
