Whether you’re heading out to explore or coming back to relax, access is quick, convenient, and secure.

Other Things to Note:

Bring your furry friends along! We’re a pet-friendly retreat, and we welcome up to two pets for a fee of $100 per pet. With plenty of nearby parks and walkable areas, your four-legged companions will love exploring Nashville as much as you do! Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing pets so we can prepare accordingly.



We require both a waiver and ID upload prior to receiving check-in instructions. You are welcome to view the waiver terms prior to booking!



Any cancellation refund issued will be less the cost of payment processing fees incurred (these are typically 4%, but vary by booking platform). Because payment processing fees are incurred at the time the reservation is made and are not refunded by the payment processor, we must subtract this amount from any refund that we issue.



There is a $500 fine for not replacing the TV cover when not in use.
