*Unit is located on the first floor with stairs required for access. No elevators in complex
*The association has a strict NO PET policy for guests. NO EXCEPTIONS - however, this is not a pet free property. The owners do have a pet that sometimes visits the condo with them.
*No smoking or vaping in the unit.
