Great host. Love the location. It is like living as a local without being in the middle of the tourist zone. Quiet nights. Large windows in the living area and kitchen offer great views and plenty of light. Close enough to the beach and tourist zone to walk there in a few minutes.

This spot was perfect our stay. It walking distance to everything we wanted to be near in PV. The unit was clean and well appointed. I especially loved watching the sunset from the balcony. And the host was very quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. 10 out of 10

A rustic and beautiful condo in a part of Puerto Vallarta where time stands still. It is removed from the hectic tourist zone but so close that a 5 or 10 minute walk puts you at the center of the action. I spent much of my time there "living local". I shopped at the public market or local mercados...found a great gym a short walk from there. The view is great and Alejandro and his team are all great people. Be ready for the best leg workout climbing the cobblestone incline. I am going back in February and May.

*Super easy check in...*Host was easy to communicate with and was very helpful...responded in minutes*Amaxing city & ocean view*Full size fridge*Full size washer/dryer(usually you get the stackables in rentals)*HOT WATER not a problem(it can be sketchy in PV with lukewarm at best)* AC units & fans in bedrooms & main living area...unit faces north so no direct sun...helped to keep it cool*Bring good shoes...cobblestone street/hill*We brought mini flashlights for the night walks home* Across the street...the best fish tacos in PV ..Marismas...50 pesos for a huge piece of fresh battered fish...*Walk down to the Malecon...about 10-15 min*Neighbors are all friendly**Attempted to upload photos but keep geeting an error on size ...
