Three people willing to vacate this home, skipping a year (or as long as it takes) for a displaced person to enjoy this high-end property while their home is rebuilt. Home is a travel destination and yet only a 10-minute drive to downtown Portland and 30 minutes to Portland airport. It's within walking distance of restaurants, shops, movie theater, and parks. This property comes with lake rights to an exclusive private lake with free private summer concerts. A couple kayaks and a paddle board are onsite and a fob is provided for the private dock. Home features 1 queen bed and 2 full beds. Each bedroom has a dresser, desk/chair and both guest rooms have a smart TV. Kitchen is fully appointed with everything one could possibly need. Home includes one designated parking space, one overnight guest pass for a second vehicle, and street parking is available. Home includes WiFi, in-home washer/dryer and a private backyard.
