The home is in a great area. It has all of the conveniences with the bikes and golf cart, beach, chairs, umbrella, anything that would make a beach trip enjoyable. The communication with the management company was seamless and seamless check in. The home needs a face lift. The unit could use fresh interior paint as all of the walls have markings and hand prints. The main level furniture has stains and spills on them. All in all it was a great day, but could definitely use some TLC.

Great stay

Very clean, had many beach chairs and beach other beach accessories. Walking distance to the beach you just have to cross a major road.

Best family vacation

Beautiful home that’s so close to the beach. We enjoyed the golf cart rides around 30A, bike rides in the morning for coffee, and how close you are to restaurants. We all loved this place so much and would definitely book this place again!

BEST VACAY EVER. Amazing location!

The location of this house is perfect - 10 min walk or 3 min golf cart drive to the beach. Short bike ride to Rosemary and Alys Beach. The house was beautiful and clean (the master bedroom had the comfiest bed I have ever slept on). 30A is unlike any other place in Florida!! I would rate it an 11/10!! I definitely want to come back!

Great home!

Beautiful home and just as described. The bikes and LSV were perfect for getting around. Great communication from the host as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful family friendly rental minutes away from beach access

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this practically brand new rental just minutes away from beach access. We had not perfect weather for long days on the beach (it was double red flags our whole stay), but we were able to explore the neighborhood with the golf cart (an amazing perk), and on bikes which were provided at the house. The kids loved being able to bike around all together as a family. It was very easy access over to Rosemary, Alys, Seaside etc on the bikes. We chose the Inlet area because we knew it would be less crowed on the beach than the other areas and we were right. It was in the perfect location to be close to the great restaurants and entertainment, but away from the car traffic and bigger beach crowds.John was very responsive and attentive to questions throughout our stay. Would come back in the summer to maybe utilize the paddle boards that were available for the bay (again, our weather didn't permit for it this time). This is a rental that would be great for families who are looking for the perfect location for a beach vacation. Also so close to the state park, so yet another perk!
