Enjoy the fabulous amenities like ocean front, coin laundry, and free parking. Unfortunately due to hurricane damage the pool is not open at this time.

Clean apartment, great location

Although still recovering from hurricane damage, the apartment was very clean,, nice ocean view, the host was accommodating, and beach access was just a couple minutes away.

Cute little studio

This studio was adorable. Beautiful view of the ocean and convenient to many shops. Rusty was easy to get a hold of and was very helpful.

Nice for the price.

It was what we excepted and great for the price. Communication was great. We had a short stay but would do it again. Just wish there were an air fryer or something to make up for no oven.

We room was very nice and the proximity to the beach was great. The main issue was the building is old and dated and the roof was being replaced. This limited parking and there was construction everywhere.

Short stay at Daytona for Bike Week

This property is great inside. It has an excellent ocean view. It is comfortable, quiet and reasonably equipped. The overall property is a little dated, with hurricane damage to the pool area still being addressed. Parking is slightly inadequate for the crowded time of bike week.

Nice unit -property under construction

It is in a great location The beach ramp is right next to the property so great for access to the beach. The interior is nice and clean with fresh interior and furnishings. The property is under renovation so is not appealing from the outside and the amenities are not available. It was fine for a one night stay and should be great when construction is finished.

It was good for what I needed. The couch had old plether on it that literally was coming off and dropping all over the floor. The toilet wasnt cleaned. Hair. Gross. And the kitchen counter hadnt been clean. counthad r

Quaint Studio Condo with Ocean View

My husband and I are 66/67 years old. We found the space adequate for the purpose of our stay which was to see our grandson in a national school competition. The area was very convenient. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The shower room is small and there isn’t a shelf to hold the shower supplies but none the less we figured out a way to make it work for us. There’s a nice view of the ocean from the bed. Construction was taking place directly below our window so that interfered with the view but that takes nothing away from the condo itself. It’s obvious that the overall building is older, but the owner of the condo has freshened up his unit. It had a trendy backsplash in the kitchen, a convenient kitchen island, furniture was nice with a new futon delivered during our stay.
