Located in East Tawas, enjoy what this completely renovated 3-bedroom house has to offer. This brilliant property features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. With amenities like WiFi, in house full size washer and dryer, on demand water heater, a fully privacy fenced backyard, propane grill, fire table, and hammock, guests can relax and unwind. The cozy living room provides a terrific space for lounging. There are games, books and a Nintendo switch with a few games as well for both children and adults. On the patio you'll find plenty of patio furniture as well as outdoor games that are provided for your entertainment. There’s an additional twin rollout (6th bed) if needed as well. We love dogs but only allow 2 and there is a $150 pet fee per stay. Pets must be added when booking. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in East Tawas while just a short distance to Newman St and beautiful Lake Huron.

The Wet Feet Retreat was a beautifully updated home that was perfect for our girls weekend. We enjoyed the short walk into town and all the extra touches the owner provided for us leading up to and during our stay. Being dog friendly is an extra perk that I can't wait to take advantage of some day in the future as well!

Very nice house in walking distance of downtown East Tawas. Great fenced-in backyard that our dog loved running around in. Plenty of space and comfort that put it several steps above an up-north "cabin" and made it feel a bit more like home. Host was very responsive and communicated quickly and clearly.

Wet Feet Retreat was the perfect home away from home for our family vacation to East Tawas! The host has done a fantastic job creating a cute, well-designed house and has truly thought of every detail, from a toy corner for kids to any extra items you might need during your stay. The spacious backyard offers a relaxing space to unwind and plenty of room for pups and kids to play. Super convenient location to downtown and any local activities. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Quaint place

From the moment we walked into the house I was instantly relaxed. The cleanest and comfortable place to stay. Close to the town, neighborhood was so quiet. The perfect place to just sit and be still. Inside and outside. Our hostess was so accommodating and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Enjoyed the part and visiting the Lighthouse
Lumberman’s monument. The history story is one of perseverance

Perfect Spot for Kids and Dogs!

We had a fantastic stay at Kaylan’s place. Everything was updated and clean and many little details were well thought out. As a family with young children the high chair, pack and play and kids toys were so helpful. The fenced in yard is huge and perfect for our dog and kids to run around in. The location is excellent, walkable to town for ice cream, the beach and shops. I highly recommend staying here on your next trip to East Tawas!

Wet feet retreat is sweet

Wet Feet Retreat is by far our best stay at a rental. Our host Kaylan is professional, responsive, and provides everything a guest could need. Her attention to every little detail (I'm serious, every little detail!!) is one we have not found in our other stays and it is appreciated. Not to mention the beautiful, renovated home.You can tell she takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming, comfortable home for her guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay on our first trip to Tawas.

Kid friendly house—-

I was very impressed from the moment the front door opened. The living room, kitchen table area, and kitchen were an open room. Perfect! This rental had a pack n play and high chair on site. Kid friendly games indoors and outdoors. The beach wagon and chairs were greatly appreciated! The amenities were a bonus! It was easy to contact the host.

Above and beyond!

The amenities were perfect, the cleanliness was superior, the kindness of the host was obvious with every thoughtful addition. Cannot say enough positives about this property. Great room for our dogs to play. Very comfortable despite high temperatures with great A/C. Easy drive to the beaches. Beautiful grill, gourmet kitchen. Easy walk to downtown for ice cream, or shopping. We loved everything about it! This is the place! (Shhh don't take all the dates, we want to come back!)

This property has been completely updated including a new patio and privacy fence. We are dog lovers so we know how important it is to bring the fur babies along for some time away! The patio has ample seating and there is a hammock and yard games for your use as well. Upon request, there are also a high chair, pack and play, child’s slide and picnic table that can be provided :)
