Beautiful and spacious, where modern convenience meets cozy comfort. This home is lavishly furnished with stainless steel appliances, a huge open concept kitchen, two living rooms, dining room and workstation that allows for plenty of space for everyone.

With Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with cable in every room plus an extra family room on the second floor, you'll never lack entertainment or comfort throughout your stay.

And if it's something more active you're after, we converted the garage into a game room that comes complete with Air Hockey and Foosball tables, and candy and popcorn machines - perfect for kids or adults!

Plus, all the pool loungers, towels, and toys needed to enjoy those sunny days around the pool. When it’s time to wind down, there are plenty of toys, books & puzzles both for children & adults – making this home ideal for families or groups looking to relax without compromising fun!

**There is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate
**The home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to check-in
**All linens are professionally washed and sanitized, and clean sheets and towels are provided
**Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee

****Trash Disposal

**Trash is picked up 7 days a week
**Guests are responsible for disposing of trash properly
**All trash must be bagged and placed inside bins with lids closed to prevent animals from accessing it
**Overflowing bins or improperly disposed trash will not be collected by the county
**Excess trash or improper disposal may result in a $100+ charge for private removal

****Food Policy

Per Florida law, open food cannot be left in the home after check-out and will be removed

****Pool & Heating

**Pool & hot tub heat is available upon request for $30/day
**Pool heat may take up to 24 hours and is not recommended for short stays
**The spa cannot be heated independently and requires pool heat
**During colder months, weather conditions may impact water temperature
**Cold weather does not constitute a mechanical failure and is not refundable
**The pool & hot tub are serviced once a week, typically on Mondays (schedule may vary)
**The pool & hot tub hours are between 8am-10pm
**Pool towels provided

****BBQ Grill

**The BBQ grill must be cleaned after each use
**A $50 fee will apply if the grill is left dirty

****Internet & Cable

**TV and internet are third-party services and may be subject to outages
**Service interruptions are not eligible for refunds

****House Rules & Noise

**Parties are not allowed
**Noise complaints resulting in police involvement will result in a $500 fine

****Additional Charges

**To avoid additional charges, please leave the home in the same condition as when you arrived.

**Potential charges include:
*Plugged toilet: $80
*Smoking inside: $500
*Furniture moved and not returned: $50 per item
*Excessive cleaning: starting at $100
*Frozen AC (thermostat below 72°F or doors left open): $200

****Guest Access to the House & Storey Lake Resort

Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.

Prior to check in you will receive a text or email from Dwelling Live with a QR code to access both Storey Lake's Hideaway Resort and the Bronson Resort.
