Start your mornings with coffee on your private balcony, then stroll down to the beachfront pool & jacuzzi. In the evening, take advantage of private beach access to soak in the world-famous sunsets before heading out to one of the many nearby restaurants for dinner.

Outstanding experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience was seamless. Great communication, ease of check in and check out. This place was awesome. The condo was exactly what we hoped for, clean, comfy, and literally steps from the beach. We spent half our time just wandering down there because it was that close. Perrin and Emily were great to work with, super helpful, and quick to answer anything we needed. You can tell they actually care if you’re having a good stay. Honestly, zero surprises except how fast the week went. We had a blast and would stay again in a heartbeat.

August 2025: This unit is clean, well-maintained, and updated. The only thing I would suggest is to have a small set of salt & pepper and/or other seasonings in the kitchen. I removed one star for communication because I had sent a couple of emails the week leading up to my stay to ask about the facilities, and was never answered. I also received automated text messages after booking that had empty hyperlinks. This was all moot after arrival, as the office for the condo was a couple doors down & were very helpful. However, the sparse communication leading up to the trip could have been a bad sign.FYI there are 3 chairs (2 low beach 1 camp chair) and one boogie board in the unit, no beach towels or toys. (I think I read that you can get beach towels there for 2 cash deposit, but we just brought our own.) There is a washer & dryer in the unit, which is very convenient. The Publix across the street is not currently operational (August 2025), and you will have to drive to the one closer to Treasure Island (2.5 mi) until it reopens. The pool was clean. I would definitely stay here again!
