I love house this home is tucked away at the end of the c cul-de-sac and sits with a beautiful view of the Laplata mountains.
I’m fortunate to be in such a great neighborhood with fantastic quiet and retired neighbors.

The property is most unique for its location. It sits perfectly close to the airport so no need to rush to your flight and also plenty close to down town Durango.
What’s nice is you’re close to town but also secluded enough to escape the hustle and bustle to relax at home with your friends and family.
