If you are looking for a place that is in the center of all the top tourists locations, this flat is perfect for you. The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. There were lots of great places to eat and a quick walk to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. Thank you for a trip of a lifetime.

All of our drivers had a hard time finding it. Was convenient to Trevi and Spanish steps. This was our third stay of our trip and we were asked to take the trash out but there were no bins to take it to. No other place asked us to do our dishes and take the trash out before we left. Convenient to morning cappuccino and lots of shopping very close by. Must take taxi to ruins, coliseum, etc. lighting is awful in apartment and only one mirror in the whole apartment so made it difficult to get ready for 3 women. They did frost some of the glass to the bathroom so there’s some privacy but takes some consideration to shower in private. Was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Great location

This property is so centrally located, it was a fantastic base. If anyone in your party needs privacy in a bathroom, this will be challenging. Be aware that the noise level in the weekends is quite high since you’re in such a bustling area. The kitchen is stocked well for a rental Ave will serve your needs!

Small but in great location

This apartment is very tiny and if you are in need of privacy in the restroom, I would not recommend this! However, it's in a fabulous location and suited us just right!

If you just need location and a bed this is it.

We stayed here as a family reading all the reviews of the weird bathroom, etc. The AC didn't even do anything to cool down the apartment, at all. The shelves were covered in dust. The freezer was completely frozen solid. And the washer had a lot of mold. Made all our clothes smell. However the location can not be beat. Walkable to everything we did. If you're looking for a bed in not the jot months. This is your place.

On the positive side, the location is outstanding. Much to see within reasonable walking distance. As advertised, there were 2 proper bedrooms with comfortable beds.Disappointing was the lack of privacy. The bathroom was in one of the bedrooms and is all glass so no privacy for the family. Same for the shower. Just having frosted glass would make a big difference.Also, the Internet was unreliable and we could not access it most of the stay. This made it difficult to contact friends, or make reservations etc.Finally, it was advertised as having as washer/dryer. It was present but did not work.

Family Vacation

The flat was in an excellent location with an easy walk to all the popular tourist attractions and close to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. It was clean and in very good condition. There was plenty of room for our family of five. The streets were quiet between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am when the shops were closed. The property manager was extremely accommodating and helpful. The flat was very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend it!

Excellent location!

The apartment was in a fantastic location and had a lot of charm and personality. The apartment is located above a shop (with some windows actually looking down into the shop), which could get noisy in the mornings. The apartment was well-equipped with nice appliances, including a washer/dryer, which was definitely a great thing to have while on vacation. The bathroom in the apartment is inside one bedroom and is essentially made of glass panels, so there isn't a whole lot of privacy if someone else is in the bedroom. The second "bedroom" is a room off of the kitchen and before the living room, which was a slightly awkward layout. The space was fantastic for a short trip, and the location and affordable price really set this apartment apart. Overall, we had a really good stay!

Great Location With A Few Caveats

I'll first review all the positives of the flat. This was our first visit to Rome and we stayed 7 days. The apartment location is GREAT! You can walk around the corner to the Spanish Steps. The Trevi Fountains are just a short walk away. Even the Colosseum is within walking distance. There are tons of eateries and shops only a short distance away. You are right in the middle of the historic centre of Rome. The apartment manager and her husband were really helpful with all the details about the community and where to find the things you'll need. Make note that because of the location of the apartment, everything is a bit more pricey; you're in the middle of the tourist area. Now for the negatives. I booked the apartment though an agency called EasyDomus. The pictures here on VRBO are a little different from the ones on the EasyDomus site. Just know that by American standards, this is a very small apartment; especially the toilet; you can barely turn around in it. Also, the toilet is all glass... no privacy. And there's no bath tub. Speaking of glass... be very with the kitchen table as it's all glass with unfinished corners. Definitely not safe especially if you have small children. There's a flight of stairs that will take you to your door. Television is available but ONLY Italian stations; no satellite. The DVD only plays PAL format DVDs so basically it's of no use. The bedding is horrible. There are no box springs... just a mattress on a metal frame. I couldn't get one night of good sleep! There's a lot of noise that comes from the streets below. At night the crowds can get pretty rowdy and you'll hear every bit of the commotion. The appliances take a little bit of getting use to but that wasn't really that bad. The electrical connections can be a pain. Make sure you get the manager to show you how to use them once you arrive. There is very little privacy in the large sleeping areas; no doors at all, just curtains. Bottom line is if I had to make the selection again, this would not be my choice. I'm just use to something a little different.

Thank you for your review. As the guest mentions there are a many positive aspects for the apartment. We are disappointed that the guest was not wholly satisfied with all aspects of his stay. The glass walls of the bathroom are fully described and photographed on the apartment website and so should not come as a surprise. To clarify, the two sleeping areas in the apartment are separate, and there is a sliding door between the main bedroom and the rest of the apartment. There is a very good WIFI internet connection in the apartment, so our foreign guests are able to download programs and films in their own language. Fiori Flat is a design flat so it's not like traditional houses. Unfortunately in Europe PAL System is a TV standard and also electric plugs are different from other standard but we're pleased to give some adapters. This area is also very crowded during working hours but it's quiet at night. We hope you get a chance to come back and stay at our place again. Kind Regards Mauro & Nicola

Bummer. I was looking forward to this apartment the most out of our Italy trip. It had multiple rooms, looked modern and was in a great location. What I learned was there was some issues. Host pawned me off to multiple property managers that didn’t even know the booking platform that I booked through. They were more concerned on collecting money rather than providing access instructions. The air conditioning does run. It runs idol without blowing by cold air into the apartment which resulted in no sleep and a very hot space. So hot that if you can manage sleeping like a starfish with none of your personal body parts touching you might not feel the sweat dripping. The plus was being able to shower the hot sticky mess from your body with an audience if you elect to due to the lack of privacy. Finally, I threw away a pair of shorts and four shirts as something in the washer made stains like someone poured coke all over it. It had to do with the wash/dry cycle. As before we discovered the dryer the wash cycle worked without staining yet you had to hang clothes, but the dryer as advertised must of had some sort of rusty water. At least 100 worth of clothing in the trash. Would not recommend this place to stay. I still haven’t heard from the host and ended up spending more money to get a hotel to keep the family comfortable in the hot Rome summer.

Hello, we made an accurate check of the AC system and the washer. Luckily both works as usual, maybe you didn't start the AC system correctly? This apartment hasn't the usual unit you can find in most of the Rome's apartment. This is an industrial AC system that works on the entire building so, if something goes wrong all units would have problems. It spreads constant fresh air throughout the rooms, instead of the usual annoying air jets. Finally, I want to clarify that we were unable to provide any refunds since you never cancelled your reservation, preventing us from reopening the period. Great location near the Spanish Steps

Great location in the ritzy shopping district, close to good restaurants and metro. Very close to the Spanish Steps. The flat was very nice and comfortable with only one small flight of stairs. The walk through bathroom means privacy in the bathroom could be an issue if you are travelling with friends. Overall its a great location.

Great location In a nice flat

The flat has many positives: great location, wifi that works well, it is well maintained, the check in and check out process is really smooth, is quite roomy given the fact that it is in central location, everything works as described in the webpage. One disadvantage is that the bathroom lacks of privacy but this could be fix quite easily. The owner and city manager are reliable.

Great family friendly apartment.

The flat was in an awesome location (2 minutes walk to Spanish steps) with an easy walk to all the popular tourist attractions including the Vatican. It is also close to tons of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. It was clean and in very good condition and there was plenty of room for our family of four. For the location, very surprised to see that the apartment was quiet in the nights. Nicola and Mauro were extremely accommodating and helpful. They even arranged for pickup and drop off to the nearby train station. We will definitely stay here again next time. We would highly recommend it!
