You’ll have access to the entire home and yard during your stay. Self check-in with a smart lock — your door code will be sent before check-in.
Other things to note
Per the City of Tulsa’s ordinances we can’t have any commercial vehicles, trailers, or vehicles over 90” tall parked at the home. Thank you for your understanding.

- No smoking or vaping
- No parties or events
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property (unless approved)
- Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM — please be respectful of our neighbors
- Pets welcome — $60 pet fee. Please pick up after your pets with the provided bags.
- Before checkout: please take trash to the outside bin and start the dishwasher with any used dishes (optional: start used towels in the washer on cold)
