The main house is spread over two levels with plenty of room for two families.

An outdoor shower is conveniently located in the back of the house in front of the exterior stairs.
The exterior of the home is designed to complement its natural surroundings, featuring expansive windows that frame breathtaking Bay views.

Property also has a Summer Cottage (could be rented with a main house for an extra fee). It has living space with 3 beds on the main level and 2 beds on the loft. It has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fridge, microwave and electric cooktop, TV Netflix, Free WiFi.
It is equipped with its own on demand heating and cooling system. It has all the kitchen cookware, utensils and pantry essentials.
There is outdoor shower and toilet, patio with sink with extra space for cleaning fresh catch of the day.
There is a fire pit and direct access to the private beach. WiFi is free! TV is connected by internet-FREE NETFLIX. Enjoy a private cove for swimming, fishing, or sunbathing. Utilize floats, canoe, rafts for a fun filled stay at the beach house.
