Sea Watch 1801 is the perfect space to reconnect with the ones who matter most in life! This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo has Ocean & Beach Views that are sure to instantly relax you. Sleep up to 7 with a Queen bed in the Master & private bathroom with a shower, oh and don't forget the amazing view that you will be waking up to every morning!  This unit also offers a Queen in Bedroom Two, and 2 Twin Beds in Bedroom Three. A sleep sofa is provided in the living room.

Eat out at one of Ocean City's many dining choices or cook a meal in our lovely kitchen which has what you will need for preparing family meals after a fun filled day at the beach!  We also provide trash bags, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, & hand pump soaps at every sink. Keyless entry ~ so no stopping at a rental office, go directly to the condo and get your vacation started!  Did you know that Sea Watch even has a Movie Theatre!....that's right, there is no better place to be in Ocean City!  

Beach Chairs & a Beach Cart are provided too. Pack less, vacation more! Check out all our great building amenities below!

Sea Watch charges a $75 CASH / $75 Credit Card Registration Fee per vehicle upon your arrival, May 1 to Oct 31. You may park 2 vehicles, Except FOR 4th of July week where only 1 (one) vehicle will be permitted. Parking Garage Max Height: 7 ft.

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school or college groups, Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

We have been staying in the SeaWatch for years, although this was the first time in this particular unit. It looks like improvements have been made in the building common areas since the last time we have been here, the lobby and playground/pickleball courts look great. Check in process was so smooth, much better than renting through vacasa. Room was clean, view was perfect. We love how the master bed was placed on the wall closest to you entering the master bedroom so you can see the ocean while laying in bed. The layout of the kitchen was preferable to other SeaWatch floorplans, having the pantry in the kitchen made it much more convenient to actually be used for food storage. The fully enclosed den was also preferable for our family over other floorplans. The air fresheners were incredibly overpowering, we ended up having to unplug them, and we had to remove the automatic garbage can lid the whole week because it wouldn’t open, but otherwise no complaints. Will definitely keep this unit in mind for future stays!

Our family comes every year to OC and this condo did not disappoint. It accommodated my family of 7 perfectly and was stocked with everything needed in the kitchen! The location is amazing and the best part is the stunning views from the living room, master bedroom and balcony! I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

As advertised

Property met the description and was clean. Beds and furniture weren't that comfortable and the TV went out for a day. Otherwise, overall an enjoyable stay.

Thank you Jared for taking the time to review your stay! Sorry the beds were not your comfort level. Bed comfort is an individual preference. The primary bedroom mattress is NEW and installed a few weeks ago. I do understand though, as I prefer a super soft mattress and always end up buying or requesting a topper for my stays. I am happy to hear that your overall stay was enjoyable!
