Located in the historic Point Richmond district, the house is a 5-minute walk to downtown shops, restaurants, markets, the post office, pool, and parks; a 10-minute walk to bay and bridge views and the regional park; and about a 20-minute walk to Keller Beach and Miller/Knox shoreline. Perfect for a relaxing Bay Area stay. Well behaved pets are welcome.

We love the quaint charm of Point Richmond. It has a village-like feel that separates it from the hubbub of the rest of the Bay Area. One of our favorite things about this neighborhood is the convenience and the walkability. It's a few blocks walk to the historic downtown and its businesses, shops, and restaurants. It's also a short walking distance to scenic water views, shoreline, beach, parks, trails, and more. We love the feeling of community in this neighborhood. We visit it every chance we get.
