Completely remodeled and newly decorated two bedroom, one bath, second floor condo overlooking the pool with full kitchen, WiFi and cable. Coronado Arms is centrally located and is a desirable complex with a pool (seasonally heated), coin operated laundry facility and BBQ grills, in the heart of New Smyrna Beach, beachside.

The space
Centrally located, walking distance to beach, river, shopping, restaurants and grocery store. The condo is located directly behind Norwoods Treehouse Restaurant.
On site pool, laundry room and equipped with two beach cruiser bikes (first come first serve).

No smoking in the condo.
Guest access
The guest has access to the entire condo.
Each unit has one dedicated parking space.

When booking a month or more you are expected to replenish your essentials and do your laundry. The condo is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.
