PLEASE read all house rules to be sure this home is a good fit for you. We do not allow for any Day Visitors to "stop by" for any reason. No third party bookings.

Walk to Everything New Smyrna Beach. (Even the beach if you are up for a BEAUTIFUL 2 mile scenic walk)

We are a family run Vacation Rental with almost 800 all 5 star reviews! We love what we do and we hope that it shows!

This cozy completely renovated Bungalow sits in the High Demand Vacation Area of the Historical District of New Smyrna Beach.

Leave your car parked the entire vacation and have a 5 minute walk to Canal Street and enjoy all the wonderful events, Car Shows, Breweries, Art Galleries, Festivals, Restaurants, Day Spa, Farmers Market, Live Music, Craft Shows.
Fish at the river or have a picnic in the park and listen to Live Music. Take an evening stroll down to the Intercostal and watch the boats sail in.

Or.... hop in your car for a beautiful 5 minute straight shot drive to the famous white sands of New Smyrna Beach and the ever popular Flagler Avenue with all that it has to offer!

Charming Bungalow

Great little 2 bedroom house on a safe, quiet side street. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants, quick drive to quaint Flagler Avenue. Everything in the house was in good condition and worked well. We would definitely recommend it and stay again. Debbie the owner was super responsive and helpful

Great little bungalow

Went to NSB for art show. Bungalow was perfect location for walking to show and nearby ‘main’ street with great restaurants and shops and riverside park. House was cute, clean, comfy and exactly as advertised. Communication with owner was promptly responsive and informative. Lovely touch of a greeting gift of wine. It’s a an easy straight shot to the beach - a bit of a walking trek but 5 minutes via car. All-around win-win!

Great house. Awesome property manager

House is perfect. Very organized Had the small things ready. Dishwashing soap. Laundry detergent. Outdoor grill was clean and had propane ready. I would stay here again.

Early Mother's Day Weekend

Fabulous weekend getaway. Cozy, quiet, and easy access to beach, historical district and great restaurants. The place was perfect for 3 people, clean and well maintained. The beds were super comfortable and enjoyed the album player in the front porch. We were unable to utilize the outdoor patio furniture for meals and entertainment due to the rain but it sure looked inviting. The property owners were very accommodating with nice welcome gift.
