PLEASE read all House Rules to be sure this home is a good fit for you. ONLY the Registered Guests spending the night are allowed on the property. We do not allow for any Day Visitors to “stop by” for ANY reason. No exceptions.
Must be 30+ to book. 4 Max Guests (Includes all age infants)

Walk to Everything New Smyrna Beach. (Even the beach if you are up for a BEAUTIFUL 2 mile scenic walk)
We are a family run Vacation Rental with almost 800 all 5 star reviews! We love what we do and we hope that it shows!
This cozy completely renovated Bungalow sits in the High Demand Vacation Area of the Historical District of New Smyrna Beach.

Leave your car parked the entire vacation and have a 5 minute walk to Canal Street and enjoy all the wonderful events, Car Shows, Breweries, Art Galleries, Festivals, Restaurants, Day Spa, Farmers Market, Live Music, Craft Shows.
Fish at the river or have a picnic in the park and listen to Live Music. Take an evening stroll down to the Intercostal and watch the boats sail in.

When we wanted to buy a Florida vacation home we did our homework. We chose this area because of its closeness to the Beach, Canal Street, the Intercostal and the ever popular Flagler Avenue.
