Say aloha to your Big Island vacation rental! White Sands Village is an oceanfront condo complex in the gorgeous town of Kailua-Kona. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.
The Space:
Guests will find themselves in the perfect area for exploring the island with a variety of activities nearby. Magic Sands Beach Park is simply a stroll across the street, Keolonahihi State Historical Park is a quick drive up the road, and downtown Kailua is a short and scenic drive up the coast with dining and shopping options.
We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. Beach towels are available for guests.
White Sands Village #120 is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo perfect for a small family or group of friends. Visitors are greeted into an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is prepared with updated black appliances and plenty of counter space. You will be whipping up all your favorite dishes in no time. When dinner is hot and ready to be served, call your guests to the dining table with seating for 4 to enjoy a home cooked meal together.
When you are taking a break from the White Sands Village swimming pool or the beach across the street, you will spend time curled up in here with a good book or settling in for a movie. Comfortable furnishings are gathered around a flat screen TV. WIFI is also provided for family entertainment. TV is equipped for Live TV and streaming.
Spend mornings and evenings out on the private lanai. The lanai overlooks the courtyard with tropical greenery, the swimming pool, and even a partial view of the Pacific ocean. A patio table and chairs are available ideal for anyone who would like to dine alfresco or lounge while watching a breathtaking sunset.
The master bedroom holds a luxurious California King-size bed and has an attached master bathroom. The guest bedroom is great for accommodating any children you may be traveling with as it has 2 Twin-size beds. There is also a full guest bathroom for everyone to access.
Please be advised this is on the ground/elevator floor - there are no additional stairs. There is only 1 parking spot available.
**PLEASE NOTE: THE AC IS TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE**
The air conditioning system is programmed to maintain a minimum temperature of 75°F.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
Attention: For safety and cleanliness, infants who are not potty trained are not permitted in the pool. Please use the designated kiddie pool for children who are not potty trained.
Please note: Any accidents in the pool will result in a closure of 5-7 days for cleaning and a $2,500 fine. Diapers, including swim diapers, do not prevent contamination from occurring.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our pool safe and enjoyable for everyone.
• For stays extending 30 nights or more, a security deposit and utility fee will be required. The security deposit ensures the protection of the property during your stay, while the utility fee covers essential services such as electricity and any damages that are caused by guests.
These terms help us maintain the quality and comfort of our vacation rentals for all guests.
