With 2 bedrooms featuring a king and queen bed, a fully equipped office space with a twin bed (twin bed is office/pullout bed combo), and 4 bathrooms stocked with essentials, this property is perfect for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the cool AC, WiFi, and a washing machine for convenience. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Grand Junction. Located downtown directly on the riverfront trail with close proximity to concerts, dining, shopping, entertainment and more! I own the unit next door also in case you need extra space. I also have another property in GJ that sleeps 10.

Great up and coming neighborhood! Brand new Starbucks just down the street (easy walk). Also, nice walking trail right next to the river. Close to downtown as well.

This clean, newer townhome is centrally located in a nice new neighborhood, making it convenient for exploring Grand Junction. The three-story layout includes a one-car garage, with the bedrooms on the top floor—so be prepared to get your stair steps in! The kitchen was nicely appointed, and the home had everything we needed. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with.The main drawback was the thermostat, which automatically changed settings at different times of the day. This caused the upstairs bedrooms to become quite warm at night. Opening the windows helped with the temperature, but the nearby main road and rail yard created considerable noise.Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and well-located property with a responsive host. It would be even better if guests could maintain their preferred thermostat setting, especially overnight.

Great Visit

The property is modern and well equipped and located conveniently to shopping and recreation. Sheets and towels were new and comfy, appliances worked better than mine at home, and host was available when needed.

The house is clean, the bed was comfy and it had all the amenities listed. There were a couple of things we needed like sugar, tea, milk pods etc. It also lacked any little extras to make us feel welcome. We had a hard time with the noise level of a fairly main road pretty close to the house, we were woken up by trucks at about 4.30am on each of the 2 nights we stayed there. That may not be a problem if you are used to it. Unlike another well-known rental platform, we had a lot of check out chores, which we weren’t too thrilled about.

We had a wonderful stay! The townhome was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making guests feel at home.The location was great, with easy access to downtown, and communication with Anna was excellent from start to finish. She was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place to stay in Grand Junction. Thank you for a great experience!
