This Tarpon Springs apartment boasts 2 lovely bedrooms with 2 queen beds. Each room has a beautiful accent wall that brings a calming vibe, making you relax even better. The AC, WiFi, and heating ensure a superb stay, while the washing machine adds convenience. There is also a coffee bar located near the kitchen stacked with a variety of teas and blends of coffee. Ensuring your needs are met, the bathroom is stocked with necessities, we provide detergent, extra towels and sheets, pots, pans and cooking utensils and plenty more. There is a local trolly you can take to reach a range of destinations from the beaches to local restaurants and shops. This area is perfect for those who are into the Mediterranean Cuisine, from Greek to Turkish there’s a wide range to hit your palette and the food is refreshing. There are a couple of county parks that are lovely to visit if you love scenery and want some nice fresh air. This home is located in the heart of Tarpon Springs, the community itself is welcoming, quiet and safe, making it the perfect destination for those with younger kids or those who just want to recline and forget about their reality. There will be a booklet with further information on local restaurants and for the trolly, please feel free to take a look at what our area has to offer and venture out!! Taking your vacation to another level, we want you to feel as comfortable and right at home as possible. The experience

This listing was over all very quiet, cozy, spotless and relaxing. There is plenty to do in the area. The Famous Sponge Docks and Beaches are minutes away. My wife and I were able to jump on the local trolly which is less than 1 block walking distance! We had a great time playing the life size chess board and soaking up the Florida Sun! I definitely recommend this listing for couples and for family’s with children! The host was very accommodating and answered questions very quickly!We had a great time! We will definitely visit again!

Home away from home!

My sister and I took our kids on a short trip to Florida. Our host was amazing—very friendly and always in touch with me. She promptly answered all my questions, making the entire process easy. The car ride there was stressful, especially with kids, as it took us 12 hours one way. However, once we arrived at the house, we knew we were in for a very pleasant stay. It was so cute and clean! We felt at home. One of our kids is an infant, and Sarina ensured we had everything we needed, so we didn’t have to bring extra items with us. I will definitely be coming back to stay with her again. The location was great as well!

Perfect getaway

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming, nautical-themed home. It truly felt like we were transported to a cozy beach house with every thoughtful detail. The host, Sarina, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from coffee and tea fixings to all the essentials for cooking—nothing was missing! She was always just a message away, friendly, and eager to assist with anything we needed.The house itself is beautiful, with each room featuring a stunning accent wall that perfectly blends style and comfort. We especially loved the back yard, which featured a giant chess set, perfect for some outdoor fun. The fenced-in area also provided a sense of added security and privacy.Overall, it was a relaxing and delightful stay in a lovely home, and Sarina's hospitality made it all the more special. We can't wait to return! It truly felt like we were right at home! The neighborhood was quiet and there was so much to explore! From the trolly to local Greek and Mediterranean restaurants to the trail and even the couple of beaches nearby; there’s plenty to do and to keep yourself occupied!! Even staying in for a relaxing self-care day is a great choice with how comfortable and home like the place was. Thank you for a perfect stay !!

I chose this neighborhood because it’s quiet and conveniently located to 3 beaches, the famous tarpon springs sponge docks “greek town” and i absolutely love the trolly, riding bikes on pinellas trail. I absolutely love Greek and Mediterranean food and there is so much more great places to try locally. I enjoy nature, the free parks here for kids and the golfing tournaments and courses are also so much fun and relaxing! This area is also close to home for me and I wanted the same experience I have for my friends and family as I do for my guests!

I absolutely love the game of chess and nautical decor. So I wanted to bring that to life with a life size chess board and unique Nautical decor. I put a ton of time into decorating within my theme. I also worked hard to make this listing cozy and fun for not only family with children, but for guests with friends.
