Beach Paradise-Lakeside

Summary:
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located townhome. Keep it simple at this quaint 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex located across from the beach and right on the CB Lake, making this vacation home close to all things that makes "Pleasure Island" special! Centrally located to the famous CB Boardwalk, restaurants, coffee shops and cool drinking holes! This unit is PET FRIENDLY!

The Space:
The home comes with bonus space in garage epoxy floor and plenty of room to spread out and have some fun.  Foosball, giant connect 4 and cornhole.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays
