Whether you're in town for work, relocation, or just an extended escape, this unit offers everything you need to live comfortably by the beach.

Our peaceful unit offers a great nights sleep on a comfy king-sized memory foam mattress. 2nd bed is a queen sized pull out sofa in the living room.

Create culinary wonders in our kitchen that includes an oven, stovetop and dishwasher. A full sized bathroom includes a shower/tub combo.

A short walk across the boardwalk will have you on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast in minutes!

Restaurants within walking distance include Stewbys, AJ's, Asiagio's, Old Bay Steamer, Hightide, The Gulf and The Remedy. Publix and downtown Fort Walton Beach are just a short drive across the bridge.

The Gulfarium and Okaloosa Island Boardwalk are just a few minutes drive away, as is the Fort Walton Beach Conference Center. The Boardwalk has a large selection of restaurants, nightlife, retail stores and the famous Okaloosa Island Pier

Destin and all it has to offer are a 10min drive away.

Unit was exactly as promised online!Very clean and lots of nice little and big conveniences like a Washer dryer combo in the unit, coffee machine ,electric water kettle and toaster in kitchen.Beach chairs and towels and vacuum for quick occassional clean up available.Enjoyed our 10 day stay along with our dog.

Great! 1 night getaway to the beach, condo is cute and cozy, good ac and hot water. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Dennis made sure we had everything we needed, thank you!

Beautiful condo. Comfy king size bed. Easy fast walk to the beach. Excellent communication with host Denis. Quiet neighborhood. Washer/dryer in condo works great. Easy to cook in the condo kitchen area. We loved our month long stay. We will return to this unit.

Weve stayed in this building every year but had to chose this unit this year. Everything was completely as expected. The only thing to change would be a washer/dryer in unit and not a community but I believe that is in the plans to change. The people above us seemed to not sleep at all and loved to clog dance all freaking night! Other than that the stay was good.

We drove from Illinois to the property thru flood warning storms along the way, arriving late to the property. Had to contact the host at 10:30 pm. The instructions regarding entry were last 4 digits of the cell phone. The digits did not work. Host had to reprogram the code in order to enter. Pictures of the condo were a bit deceiving. Pictures made the condo unit seem bigger. The condo was accommodating and made best of the stay while there. Absolutely fell in Love with the washer/dryer unit. Beach chairs, Beach towels and cooler with rollers extremely helpful. Suggestion!! Have a sand umbrella available.The daily rate of unit was not worth what was paid. Understandable it was Memorial Day weekend, arrived late on Friday, May 22nd due to storms along the travel, departed on Tuesday May 26th at 4:30 am. Only one roll of toilet paper was supplied, one roll of paper towels was supplied. Had to purchase additional paper products. Helpful suggestion, have some baggies, plastic wrap and aluminum paper on hand. Made breakfasts in the unit, nothing else.Restaurants that were recommended we spot on amazing. All text communication with the host were welcoming and helpful each time we communicated. Absolutely no complaints on his communication with us.Stewbys and AJ's the best seafood dishes we have ever had. Extremely fresh seafood.All in all, made the best of our vacation.
