Nestled in the serene Clearwater Bay section of Barefoot Resort, our home the Waterfront Escape offers the perfect blend of relaxation, luxury, and family fun. This modern three-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat is just 2 miles from the beach in North Myrtle Beach, promising a memorable vacation where you can unwind in the heart of the city while being tucked away from the crowds.

- Master Bedroom: 1 king bed (main level, en suite bathroom)
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed 9 (2nd level, en suite bathroom)
- Bedroom 3: 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. (2nd level, hall bathroom)
There is also a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options!

Please note that Bedroom 3 does not have a TV. The living room, loft, and other two bedrooms have flat screen smart TVs with access to cable channels and streaming apps.

Carolina Palm Policies:
*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.
*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.
*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.
*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

The Neighborhood:
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! AMAZING CENTRAL LOCATION IN NORTH MYRTLE BEACH! Barefoot Landing and House of Blues are just at the entrance of the resort. The beach is only 2 miles away with parking and free shuttle in season.

Getting Around:
Top rated location in Barefoot Resort and free parking at the home.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID.  Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.

House Rules
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
7. No Pets Allowed (includes therapy pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
