Welcome to this fully furnished 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom townhome in Clearwater Bay of Barefoot Landing Resort. Nestled between the green fairways of BareFoot golf courses, this unit features tall vaulted ceilings & spacious open floor plan between the kitchen and large family room. The main bedroom & 1 of the other bedrooms are on the 1st floor, both have en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms separated by an open loft space. There is a Queen bed in one of the bedrooms and 2 Queens in the other bedroom, both have an en-suite bathroom. This condo has been meticulously maintained & includes a private garage. NO Motorcycles, NO Pets, NO Smoking. (7 Night Minumum Requirement)

The kitchen is nicely equipped with all of the cooking essentials, plenty of dishware, stainless steel appliances, great cabinet storage, & open to the main living area. There is a pub-style dining set for 8, a smaller bistro set for a quick bite and bar stools along the breakfast bar. The whole group can enjoy meals together. There is a laundry closet with full size washer/dryer just off of the kitchen hallway. Reservation includes all bed & bath linens, beds freshly made upon arrival, & departure cleaning, plus a small "starter kit" of essential products - just enough to have handy until you can make the grocery store list of things you need.
The large main bedroom includes wall-mounted flat screen tv, ceiling fan & access to the private courtyard patio. The master bath offers double sink vanities, a garden tub, & separate walk-in shower. The remaining 3 bedrooms include a ceiling fan, closet space, & easy access to private en-suite bathrooms. There is an additional powder room (half bath) available off the main family room downstairs.

Relax at the ClearWater Bay community pool after a hot beach day. Enjoy the afternoon grilling in your private courtyard patio. Barefoot guests are also welcome to use the North Tower Resort pool & hot tub, located at the marina/waterway, near the main Barefoot entrance. The beach is approx. 1.5 miles, you can park at public access parking space for an hourly fee, or ride the FREE Barefoot Shuttle (seasonal schedule May-Oct) from the condo to the beach, to the North Tower Resort Pool or even to the Barefoot Landing Shopping District, too.
Guest may use the beach supplies in the garage. For additional items the NMB city beach services will set up chairs/umbrellas directly on the beach for a weekly fee. Other local vendors will bring beach chairs/umbrellas, bikes, cribs, strollers, etc. to your door & pick them up at departure.

Barefoot Landing has miles of walking & biking paths among lush landscaped grounds. Within the Barefoot Landing shopping complex, enjoy broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues with over 100 shops & restaurants that criss-cross the boardwalks over 26 acres of open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques & great eateries. There are kids attractions & weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. Rent jet skis on the Waterway, cruise in a dinner boat, rent a pontoon or guided fishing expedition. Waterviews from many fantastic Barefoot restaurants.

A short 15 min drive to Myrtle Beach for more excitement at the Sky Wheel, a 200' high view of the coastline in a totally enclosed, air conditioned gondala. Stroll the "ORIGINAL PAVILLION" oceanfront boardwalk area, with gift shops, arcades & tourists attractions. Nearby, Broadway at the Beach is a huge FUNPLEX offering unique places to shop, eat, celebrate & play. See weekly fireworks displays during the summer. Over 35 great restaurants include: Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Dave & Busters, Paula Deene's, The Hangout, Wahlburgers & the Grumpy Monk, just to name a few!
