Welcome to Picture Perfect, a stunning oceanfront retreat in the exclusive Long Bay Estates neighborhood of Myrtle Beach. With panoramic views of the Atlantic and private beach access just steps away, this home provides the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable coastal getaway. The home features expansive living spaces, a gourmet kitchen, and multiple indoor and outdoor entertainment areas designed to accommodate family and friends.

The spacious living room offers ocean views, plenty of seating, and multiple large-screen TVs. The office provides a desk, computer, and flat screen TV with lounge area for work or gaming, also overlooking the water. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample prep space, and a peninsula with seating for four. Dining accommodations include an indoor table for 10 and multiple outdoor dining areas.

Guests can enjoy a fenced-in private saltwater pool, hot tub, multi-level deck with dining and seating, putting green, ping pong table, full-size grill, and ground-level covered dining/entertainment area.

We loved the home and beach. The lower level bunk room seemed ‘wet’ or mildewed. The game room was too hot for the adults to use. Repair of front door handle was prompt. The pool was great. Master bedroom was amazing. The master bath was used by all of the women. It was huge. We rented beach umbrellas and chairs from Huggins beach service who services that beach. The ice maker was great for our group. The living room had seating for kids on one side and adults on the other. Beach views amazing.

The property management company was very professional and consistently answered questions timely and accurately. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained. Ample kitchenware and appliances also available...more than expected! The entire family raved about how wonderful this property was and we were extremely satisfied.

Beautiful and Comfy Home

We had an excellent stay! Six adults, two teens, five nights. The house is amazing and we didn’t even take advantage of everything it has to offer. It was only in the low 70’s for highs when we were there, but the pool heat was still warm enough for the kids to swim! The living room was super comfy to play the plentiful game collection, watch TV, or read by the bay window with the waves in the background!Great location, the water was SO close, amazing views! Easy to get anywhere we wanted to go in Myrtle BeachManagement was very responsive on a couple minor issues. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Myrtle Beach!

Week of October 21st at Picture Perfect

We enjoyed our week at this house and would rent it again. So many things to do right at the house....beach, pool, Can Jam, Cornhole, Large Connect 4, Spike Ball, putting green, pool table, foosball, and arcade game, etc. Luxury rentals team was great also. We had a couple issues. Their response time was excellent and continued to follow up on the issue to be sure we were completely satisfied. The people we worked with were very friendly and seemed to genuinely care. Thank you for a Great week!!

Fantastic view!

Great property for family vacation. We had a good bit of rain, but we were never without things to do indoors due to the many games and pool room. When we were outside, we enjoyed the swimming pool and spa, and we were just a stone’s throw from the ocean- perfect for when our little ones needed a short break. We ate in most of our meals, and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools and appliances. We utilized the second fridge too! And I must mention the wonderful view of the ocean from the huge picture window in the living room! Fabulous!!!

Awesome Family Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this home. The pool was really nice, and relaxing to sit by and soak up the sun. The beach was amazing, and having the deck to sit on was perfect at night! The house was clean, well stocked, and had lots of games and activities.

Summer 2024

House was lovely… the only thing I would change would be an umbrella for the table and chairs so you can have a shaded meal outside and to ask that the lawn care business that manages the grounds uses their equipment at reasonable hours.. the last day we were there they were actually using the leaf blowers and lawn mowers at 7 am… It’s also unfortunate that to use the hot tub you have to pay $60 a day… generally this is not a cost that most houses charge. Otherwise if you love the beach the view is amazing and the deck furniture is great! Would definitely recommend to others!

Perfect place

The location of the was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out and have some time to them self. Beautiful window that looked out to the beach with two chairs so you could sit and enjoy the view.

Our families loved the convenience of being oceanfront, and the area of the beach for the house was so calm and not crowded!! We also loved being able to walk right back to enjoy some fun in the pools and all the other fun things downstairs. The house was fully loaded with so many kitchen gadgets, which made it easy and fun to cook there, but the house location was also close to lots of great restaurants. The bunkbeds were a hit with the kids, along with all of the other games and fun things to do. And you can’t beat the view from the living room window!!! We loved our stay and hope to be back to Picture Perfect soon!

We had 7 people in our group ranging in age from 12 to 71 and everyone had a great time. The pool and hot tub were the biggest hit. The view of the ocean and easy access to the beach was also wonderful. Everyone had a clean and comfortable space in the home and could spread out. The game room was very fun when it was raining (we had pool and foosball tournaments). The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and it was so nice to have the washer/dryer. The management company was very responsive and helped us right away with heating the hot tub. The location was also great. Loved it!

Spring break trip

I would have preferred to know about the additional fees to run the hot tub and pool before arrival. Not after the booking. 2 separate fees for one pump to run both devices is also ridiculous. We didn’t have heat for 2 days until they sent a rep out to turn the temp up. We weren’t reimbursed for that time. Otherwise property was great and we had a fantastic trip.

Wonderful vacation

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property. The house was very clean and well equipped with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the direct access to the pool and enjoyed using the pool and hot tub daily. We will definitely be back!

Fall Family Getaway

We stayed at the property for two weeks in the fall with family (wife and I, mother-in-law, teenage son and his friend). This home was fantastic with amazing views of the ocean and easy access to the beach via the deck directly from the house. Home was perfect for us and included living areas to spend time together as well as separate spaces including a game room. The ‘office’ area was a huge bonus for me to get work done while enjoying two weeks from reality. The management company also did their best to accommodate a last minute issue when we had to get a flat tire fixed on morning of checkout. Overall experience with this home was great and hopefully we’ll have the opportunity to come back.
