Cheers to this joyful and pet-friendly 1BR/1BA townhome, offering resort living with the comforts of home!

The master bedroom with King bed and TV, offers a private balcony with views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Apalachicola Bay. A full bathroom is located just outside of the bedroom.

Descending down a short set of stairs from the master bedroom/bathroom, you will find yourself in the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped for all of your general cooking needs and offers stainless steel appliances, a dining table for 4 and additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar which can double as a work space. A laundry center is located off the kitchen/dining area for your convenience.

Natural hues invite you to relax and sink into the comfort of the cozy living room with chaise lounge and Queen sofa bed, or to step out onto the attached sundeck to feel the warmth of the Florida sun. A large, Smart TV and DVD player provide evening entertainment. The sundeck leads down to an outdoor shower and shared boardwalk, and less than a two-minute walk will find your toes in the sand.

The 300 Ocean Mile townhome community amenities include a picnic area with 4 park-style BBQ grills and two community pools with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. The paved bike path is easily accessible from the community and will lead you to the Island center where you can enjoy local gift shops and restaurants OR to the nearby Dr. Julian G. Bruce St. George Island State Park---a must see!!

Parking for up to 2 vehicles is available underneath the townhome and an initial set of stairs will take you to the front entrance of Mimosa Mile. 300 Ocean Mile community rules and guidelines will apply.

Up to 2 dogs 50lbs or less allowed with advance approval for a $150 + tax pet fee.

Anniversary Getaway

We spent our 1 year anniversary here. It was the perfect getaway for the two of us. Mimosa Mile was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice rental. We stayed for a week, and like to cook during that time. The pans need updated because everything we cooked stuck. The beach was great except for a younger group that was blasting music nonstop.

There were several issues with property, mainly WiFi. Units WiFi was down when we arrived, and not back up until 10am on the day before we left. We were able to tie in on another unit ran by host, but it the signal was not very strong. Also unit , and decking, could use some updates.

So we love St.george island and the people! However, the Ac discharge leaking off of front door got dripped on trying to get in. Was fixed 2 days later. Toilet was like 1 ft off the ground. No real pans to cook with imo. And don’t get the fishing/beach cart they offer for a charge, pos. Horrible location cause we have stayed in this local and it is wonderful, however this unit disappointed us.
