Everything was as listed. Very clean, up to date, everything in working order, comfortable beds and an elevator. We had our 97 yr old grandmother who has a hard time with stairs and this property was perfect. Lots of room and great outdoor deck areas. Had no problems communicating with owner. We would stay here again and recommend.

Spectacular house; lots of space for a large group; elevator worked beautifully for elderly parent as well as for moving heavy objects. Will hopefully book next year! Property manage was responsive to our needs/concerns. Thank you so much Marisol!

Perfect Weekend Stay

The house exceeded all of our needs for 5 couples. The place was extremely clean, and felt like home for a weekend. The BBQ was the best pit I’ve had at a VRBO, it was a large pit with a smoker on one end which made grilling steaks and hamburgers easy for 10 people. It rained a majority of our stay, and if I had one small complaint, it would be lack of cover getting from downstairs to upstairs in the rain. But I would definitely stay here again in the future.

My husband had an allergy attack almost immediately upon entering into the property. It had a weird smell. We stayed for about 30 minutes. Walked around. Touched nothing and still my husband‘s allergies started to kick in. So we left, all of us. Also, the backyard of the house has a view of a RV/trailer park. It wasn’t very pretty. I spoke with the person managing the property, she’s gonna have a check for mold. We’ll see what happens with that…

Allowable parking

The property was amazing, but the allowable amount said cars for parking doesn’t accommodate the amount of people allowed to stay.

Great vacation home!!

We absolutely loved the location and the private beach that comes with this home. It was spacious enough for two families to share and the walk to the beach was short. We would definitely stay here again.

Home has a GREAT floorplan.

Perfect for our group that consisted of 5 couples. Deck is huge with two living areas, 3.5 bathrooms, lots of windows for natural light and all the bedrooms had actual closets We are already planning to reserve again next year!

Extended family vacation

We had 15 family members from Ohio Arkansas and Texas on vacation together . This house had plenty of space and never felt crowded. The house was beautiful and we were able to check in eairl . The host was verry helpful and responded quickly. Over all it was a great experience

Old men getaway

The property was great. We stayed at this property in 2022. It was refreshed inside and out very nicely. No one has any complaints. The kitchen was great, and the bedrooms were comfortable. I personally could have used a few more pans but it was well supplied.

Awesome place

The property owner was great. She answered any questions i had before the trip. She texted me the daybwe were arrivingbto let us know the house was ready early. The elevator was so helpful with taking groceries and luggage upstairs. The location Was great. My grandkids ebjoyed the week there. Bedrooms worked out perfect for a group of 12. We would stay there again

Very Nice.

The house was very nice and well kept. Owner was very friendly. Plenty of seating for meals. Owner supplied lots of board games, volleyball, badminton, horseshoes, etc. About a 10 minute walk to beach. Well furnished. Nice decks.

Multiple family vacation

My girlfriends and I brought our kids down for Labor Day weekend while our husbands had a "guys retreat". We loved the layout of the house - all the kids stayed upstairs and the adults got some quiet time on the main floor. Large dining room table made group meals so easy. We hope to make this an annual event! Thanks, Marisol.

Spacious and Nice

We had a quick weekend stay. The house is truly awesome. The elevator is a complete life savor with my elderly parents. I wish we could of spent more time there. The communication was excellent. They answered all of our questions promptly The only thing that I found a bit odd were the door looks. I took a little while to get it figured out, but besides that the property is beautiful, the upper decks and views are awesome. I would definitely do it again.

Beautiful home!

My very large family (complete with parents, spouses, and kids) rented for a week in June and were very pleased with the accommodations. Plenty of bed space, bathrooms, and a large kitchen were especially welcome. The kids enjoyed the toys in the game room as well as the playscape. We had an issue with the A/C, and the owners responded quickly--even driving from Tomball at 9:00 at night to bring out a portable unit when the repair guy couldn't get there timely. Overall, very pleased with our experience and highly recommend this home!

My name is Marisol Mendez and I manage Miracle of the Sea Vacation Beach Home for my mother-in-law. My husband Estevan built this dream home for my mother-in-law( Maqui). Maqui took an interest in having a beach house as an investment/getaway for the family. Every year, for the past 10 years, Maqui has taken the initiative to plan the family vacations for us throughout the United States and one in Acapulco, Mexico. Maqui would make plans for her 2 sons, daughter-in-laws, 1 daughter, son-in-law, and 10 grandkids. We wanted to make the best out of the short time and cherish those memories. Where your vacation is equally as important as where you stay.

Miracle of the Sea is great place to relax and build some fond memories. It is a direct result of the likes and dislikes of our vacation experiences. Miracle of the Sea truly is unique. The property description and pictures don’t do it justice. We have gone above and beyond the norm to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We enjoy it every chance we get and now available for others to enjoy it as well.
