Hello, my name is Colton!
It is such a pleasure to be able to host and welcome each one of you to my property in Pensacola.
A little bit about me:
I was born and raised in Kansas until the age of twenty. I then moved to Arizona for two years and finally chose to settle in Pensacola after a dream of a vacation in 2021.
I enjoy everything community oriented, animals, an active lifestyle, and nature, especially exploring Pensacola's sugar white sand beaches.
I love being a host for many reasons! My favorite consists of having exposure to seeing first hand why I fell in love with this city through the eyes and feelings of others. I love being a small part of showing off this gorgeous beach town and offering suggestions of opportunities to guests when asked. Additionally, I love when guests enjoy my property, leave a warm heartfelt review, mention how they could not get enough, and need to come back.
As a long term Superhost of other platforms I am excited to extend my property to VRBO.

My property is unique because it is a modern take of a 1908 downtown Pensacola Cottage that still holds a lot of its older character. This property has an artistic appeal with a large variety of local art from Pensacola, New Orleans, and other close cities.
