Newly renovated and available for the first time, this stylish loft-style retreat blends modern comfort with the character of Pensacola’s original bike shop, creating a truly memorable short-term rental experience just minutes from Pensacola Beach.

This fully furnished two-bedroom historic loft features soaring 17-foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, curated furnishings, premium bedding, high-speed WiFi, a 65-inch Smart TV, premium sound system, leather seating, dedicated workspace, mini kitchen, full bath, and complimentary beach chairs and umbrella for your beach days. Every detail was thoughtfully selected to create a clean, elevated, and design-forward stay in the heart of downtown Pensacola.

Located in a peaceful historic neighborhood next to the Pensacola Bay Center, guests can easily walk to downtown restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment venues or explore the city by bike. The loft was different than any place we had stayed before which is why I picked it. It seems to be an up and coming part of downtown Pensacola. Easy access (driving) to beaches, AFB and walking distance to the small downtown area. Lots of close restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully restored building, great for my husband and I. Bathroom is a little small but we managed just fine. Kitchen is tiny so no “meals”. We are out or brought food back to the room, utensils, plates, etc are there for use. Just a very small kitchen so not making full course meals. Very comfortable beds. A little road noise but nothing we couldn’t drown out with some background noise. We would stay here again. Beautiful locations and close to things to do.

Perfect Location

We stayed 5 nights here and loved it. Reading the reviews left by previous guest's helped us on deciding on this unit and I agree on the size of the bath room and the kichen space. Your not going be making any big meals here, but your on vacation and who wants to be cooking?

Perfect location

Everything I needed was there and what a cool concept for the living area. We could walk to all the venues we wanted to see and the access to a private parking space was a plus.

Such a great place!

My husband and I chose this place because we wanted to explore the mainland of Pensacola as well as the beach. It’s super spacious and we loved the hip, mid-century, industrial vibe! It’s super close to all our favorite things in the area!

Cool Place!

This was such a great find! My daughter and I loved the vibe here. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and in a great location. If we make it back to Pensacola, we will definitely stay here again.

We really liked this property. It was airy, clean and cool. Its design with the loft, hard-wood floors and exposed brick tracked with my sensibilities. The neighborhood was kitchy and we found the BEST vegan restaurants within walking distance. Pensacola doesn't have much to offer, but this property was amazing and I'd happily stay there again.

Cool, historic building close to downtown

We stayed here for three nights and I would definitely stay here again. It's a unique, historic property on the outer edge of downtown, close to many fantastic restaurants, museums, etc... The loft was clean and comfortable and provided all of the necessary amenities that we required.

Fantastic trendy place!

Well-located close to downtown, with an array of restaurants in walkable distance. Super cool loft space that brings the history of Pensacola to life! The place was super clean and lots of places to hang from dining to TV. Shower also had the best pressure! Definitely recommend
