This cottage is located 3 minutes from Navy Point Park & Beach, 10 min from downtown's vibrant scene & 7 minutes from Sander's Beach (great for fishing). Also, located near Bayou Grande. This private 1946, pet-friendly home is 100% smoke free. Help yourself to our fully stocked lemonade bar featuring fresh lemons, mint, & a variety of syrups located in the kitchen upon your arrival. Also available is a 12 cup carafe & single serve combo coffee maker with sugar, creamers, teas, & honey. IF BRINGING A PET, there is a $50.00 FLAT FEE (included for up to 3 pets) Pup amenities will be provided: X-large dogbeds, dog bowls, toys, crate, dog sofa cover, snacks.We conduct monthly pest control services to keep our home &yard pest free . We are multiple pet-owners ourselves & understand the struggle of traveling with multiple pets &finding a nice, clean home. This is one of the reasons why we created the Lemon Zest Cottage. There is no breed or weight restrictions when it comes to pups (other than them being well behaved); but guests have to let us know so the proper amenities, according to pet size will be ready. This home has 3-bedrooms, 1-bathroom with original hardwood floors. If you like to "unplug" there's a reading nook in the master bedroom with a variety of books. This property has a comfy sleeper chair & soft blankets for movie nights. Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed with a removable, fitted, soft mattress topper to adjust the softness of the beds..Our dogbeds, dog bed covers, & sofa cover gets sanitized & laundered between each pups stay. We also have an UVC light vacuum that we use on the sofa & upholstered furniture after each stay. A large Air Purifier is also provided. There is a white noise machine in each bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen with a crockpot for home cooked meals. The bathroom boasts a jetted bathtub with complimentary bubble bath. There is a back deck plant oasis. Amenities like high speed Internet, board games, heating, AC, high-speed WiFi, & Netflix. 50 inch TV in living room and 40 inch Roku TV in master bedroom. Fully fenced property and converted yellow shed/game room with ping pong, foosball, and corn hole for hours of fun. We can provide a full size crib & a high chair if needed. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, ice cooler, beach balls & toys are provided. Perfect for families, event-goers, business travelers, pet parents & honeymooners. There is a large backyard (great for dogs to let their zoomies out)& outdoor dining room table & plenty of outdoor seating. The cottage is centrally located: just minutes away from front gate at NAS & 15-20 from Pensacola Beach. Rideshares like Uber & Lyft are available.
