Always a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have booked with JC Resorts three times a year for the last fifteen years and have always had a great experience. We have stayed at almost all of their properties and while we have our favorites we have never been disappointed. The resorts are clean and the staff quickly address any issue that might come up.

Reviewer Comments: First impressions speak volumes, so when we showed up at 4:00 to check in after driving 14 hours and we were told our room wasn’t ready, we were shocked. We signed papers saying check out was 10:00 am and we would be charged if that time wasn’t met. Professionally, check in should be ready at 4:00. I was told check in just started then...not guaranteed.. but they couldn’t tell me when the room would be ready. I asked for a rough idea and I felt like the desk staff was rude. The pool chairs are dirty/stained with sunscreen, built up residue, and a bit outdated. Our beds pillows smelled dirty, the shower floor was old a stained. There was a used wash cloth in the hall bathroom. There could me more silverware in general, we only had enough for about one meal before we ran out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location, but there could be some improvements.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Believe the words that are being written here! Our stay was the worse ever, we should have been paid to rent this filthy, disgusting, food, drink encrusted, silverware, and dinnerware molded air vents return air vents, cutting boards, filthy stained carpeting couch overall I wouldn’t have let our dog live in that place! The condo is so outdated blinds are broken lights don’t work fans don’t work toilets are so low that if you have a handicap as I do, you can’t sit down or get up I can go on and on and have 50 photographs to prove what I’m saying I would never recommend this rental company or that condo. It needs to be demolished and redone from the bottom up! I am going to give a shout out to every social media that I can did. They should never be rented to any travelers. I would’ve expected a full refund for our horrible stay that we had to have sheets put on the couch I had to go out and buy pillows and comforters for the beds. The filth was beyond my expectation with crusted food and dust bunnies all over the walls, the fans and everywhere imaginable. I don’t think it’s been cleaned in years! I am hoping you read out to me so I can share the photographs that I have. If you wish not to I will place them on social media for them to see the real 404 condo that we stayed in at Emerald Isles..

Favorite spot ☀️

The best home away from home. Great location, close to all necessities & walking distance to many restaurants. This was our second time staying at Emerald Isle & we are already looking forward to our stay next summer.

Couldn’t figure out the coffeemaker and there was a problem with the dishwasher. The pool was nice but rather small. If there are kids staying, the pool is not quiet and no one around to calm things if necessary. For the most part it was a nice place to stay.

Is better than the photos make it look

Lovely condo, great location, clean and we'll stocked. If I had to make an improvement I would change the queen bed to a king. The queen was in good shape and comfortable but there is room for a king and that would be nice. Will definitely stay again.

Great July 4 Week!

The condo and property were excellent. The check in process was a bit of a pain. That occurs at a different condo down the street. They told us it was ready and had to wait. Went back and found the cleaning ladies leaving and they showed me where they had texted that our unit was done and ready and that was before we were turned away. Other than that, a wonderful time, great condo, great location.

Very Nice Condo

I have stayed here multiple times. It is everything I want in a vacation stay, and it is a nicely furnished, classy place. Right on the beach also. I will stay here again.

Great place. Beautiful views.

This was our second stay for spring break in the same condo building. The view is amazing and the place worked out great. If it had a washer dryer in-house it would be perfect.

Great location!!

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful condo. Views from balcony are absolutely beautiful. You are literally steps away from the beach in this condo. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing I would suggest to the owner is to have basic household items on hand, as we had to purchase hand soap for bathrooms and kitchen, paper towels, garbage bags, zip lock bags, dish soap, and toilet paper. This would not stop me from returning by any means, just a helpful suggestion. I would highly recommend booking this condo!!

Please upgrade the bed in the master to a king size. Also, consider adding more pairing knives for meal prep and mor overall utensils and sheet pans to the kitchen. It’s very helpful for those of us that like to grill out.
