Wonderful Gulf front condo enjoy dolphin watching from the balcony!

Wonderful place to stay for adults and children located right on the Gulf excellent views of sunrise and sunsets on the Gulf! Great location to restrauants and shopping!

Beach Getaway

Stayed a week in September right after Labor Day weekend and the place was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the wide open Gulf view from the balcony. Kitchen was fully stocked along with a very spacious and open floor plan. We did not feel cramped at all when we were inside. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Pool was warm and hot tub was nice to relax in after a day of walking around Johns Pass which is nearby. Definitely will book this again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year in a row staying in this unit for a week. We had stayed in a different unit in this building in prior years, so this was our sixth or seventh overall stay at Sea Breeze. LOVE THIS UNIT & BUILDING,Excellent location in Madeira directly on the beach. Close to John’s Pass - that is walkable distance. Parking on property if you have a car. This section of the beach is white powdered sand. It is amazing. Beautiful sunsets. Saw dolphins almost every day. The unit is beautiful. Master BR faces the Gulf and has a door to the balcony. It has a king and the extra bunk bed set is in the master. Second br has a king and is a large room. Beds are comfortable. Lots of dresser and closet space. The LR furniture is leather and pretty, but is not as comfortable compared to a different type of fabric. Both bathrooms were updated in the last couple of years. They are very pretty. Lots of bath towels are provided. The ice maker was not working properly. The mgmt office sent someone to look at it and also offered to compensate us for the bags of ice we bought. I did notice some items freezing in the fridge after I’d talked to the office about the ice maker so unsure if that problem is connected. The kitchen could use chip clips and more storage containers. Other than those, everything else we needed it had. We bought baggies and aluminum foil. Also need to provide your own paper towels which we expected. There were a lot of beach/pool items in the unit. These change each year we have been there. Pool towels are not provided. Property has maintenance staff taking care of the exterior each day. We have rented from JC Resorts several times over the years for this unit and ones at Ram Sea. They are extremely professional and the ladies are a delight to work with! They were quick to send over a maintenance person to check on the ice maker and he also changed a light bulb as I requested. It is very ea

It was spacious for our family of six, had an excellent view of the Gulf, and easy access to the pool and beach. It was located in a great spot, right near John’s Pass. TVs and the internet worked great, and the condo overall had good amenities. Having no washer and dryer in the condo was inconvenient, but a laundromat was available a couple floors up.I was unimpressed with several things.1) We had to empty the dishwasher when we arrived. We weren’t 100% sure if the dishes were clean or not.2) The much more comfortable king size mattress was in the room with the bunk beds (kid’s room) and not the master bedroom (which I think is called the guest bedroom).3) The floor seemed greasy/slick, which is likely from spray sunscreen from prior guests.4) The main shower and around the kitchen sink seemed to have some mold/mildew or some other stains.5) The small pool was packed with people several times and made it somewhat unenjoyable. 6) Of the two luggage carts available, I realized too late that I picked the one with a flat tire after all of our luggage was loaded on to it. Made it very difficult to get it to our room.

Took the girls on a summer break before their senior year of high school. They love the beach, location of the shops they wanted to visit, plus eating and ice cream shops. Overall a great place to stay. Will visit again.

Unit was everything desired, condo building wasn’t.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean, up to date and a great location by the pool. The elevator is extremely slow and kept acting up, causing many people to complain and not trust using it. Luckily this unit is only 2 stories up but our other family members staying on the 4th floor can’t just skip up the steps like we could. The spa does not receive enough attention, as there was constantly sand throughout it and it had stuff floating through the water. Biggest complaint of check in/out is that keys have to be picked up at a completely different location, though there’s a keypad on the door. There has to be easier ways to do this in the future. From all the places we’ve stayed at throughout Florida, this was the only condo expecting us to check in/out and provide all names/ages of those staying.

Beautiful condo!

We loved staying here - the location, the view and all the amenities at the Seabreeze are perfect. The condo is beautiful, very clean and had everything that we needed and then some. We will definitely be back.

Week of relaxation with friends

Had a great time. Spent everyday except 1 on the beach. Woke up every morning and had a cup of coffee, sat on the balcony, waited for the sun rise and dolphins to swim by. The condo was clean and updated. Walking distance to Johns Pass was a plus. A couple of things that kept the condo from getting more stars. The tv in the guests bedroom did not work. And even though we had no smoking in the condo and balcony, and we are not smokers. Apparently every other condo allows smoking on their balconies because it was like being at a smoke shop in the evenings.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a fantastic unit in Madeira Beach directly on the beach. Very spacious and very clean. Easy to use the stairwell instead of the elevator for most trips to and from the unit. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked. There were a ton of beach toys and chairs, as well as two umbrellas in the unit. FYI - it did not come with beach towels. The living room furniture looked very new - one comment to share with the owners is that although it was very pretty, it wasn't 'cozy' as it was all leather. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, plate, utensils, etc. Fridge has an interior ice maker. JC Resorts is a wonderful management company. The key pickup is located at one of their other units as there is no onsite office for this building. The ladies working there are fantastic!!! Excellent customer service from booking to vacationing. A nice update would be a keypad instead of a key for the door.The pool and hot tub are maintained and kept clean by a daily maintenance man. The pool gate is locked and guests use a keypad for access.This building is on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach. We have stayed in this building several times. This is the first time in this unit and we will absolutely rent it again.

Summer beach vacation

The room was awesome! They had everything you would need for the beach and the place. Loved that we were right on the beach! Everything was clean! Loved how they decorated the place! Our kids loved it as well! We will definitely be back!

Check for red tide issues before booking.

Check in is about a 5 minute drive away from the condos. They were nice enough to let us check in early since the place had already been cleaned. Our flight got in a little early and we decided not rent a car since the reviews said everything was walking distance. So they were very accommodating, we were impressed by that. Place was clean. Beds were comfortable enough. Was nice being beach front and just down the road to John’s pass. Beach trolley is actually a city bus, so if you plan on going to Clearwater or St. Petersburg I would suggest an Uber instead. Worth the price if you don’t like germy public transportation. Plus the transportation bus to St. Petersburg was a little weird because we had to get off at one stop to wait for another bus to take us the rest of the way. So I recommend take an Uber to St. Petersburg. Elevator is beyond slow. Probably won’t stay here again just because of the elevator was extremely inconvenient. Every other guest that we waited with at the elevator said the same thing. Luckily we were just on the 2nd floor so taking the stairs was a bit annoying but still do-able. We decided to get a rental car one day since we were going to need to catch a flight at 5am the next day (didn’t want to have to wait for an Uber and possibly be late) and didn’t make it back in time to the office to get a parking pass. I tried calling the management to let them know about the vehicle so they could tell security not to tow our car. They claimed that they could not call at this point and that my best bet is to just write a note and stick it in our windshield and that is not guaranteed that I won’t get towed. So a little put off by not willing to work with me a little and acted like they didn’t care. Thankfully, I did not get towed. If you are planning a vacation to this area, check the conditions of the ocean and beach. We didn’t know about the red tide issue they were having in the area, so we couldn’t enjoy the beach much with all the dead fish and the toxic air causing us to cough. No it wasn’t COVID, it was from the red tide. Do your research. I knew nothing about it and probably would have rescheduled our visit if we knew about it.They can’t control that but message warning us of the surrounding health issue would have been nice. Overrall, place was clean enough for a beach condo (sand is difficult to clean so nothing on the beach is perfect) and if you aren’t picky and everything doesn’t have to be perfect then it’s worth it.

It was a great place

The condo was very nice it was beautiful I would highly recommend it to somebody else. The only bad part was it had no washer and dryer but there was washer and dryers on the 4th and 7th floor but you have to pay for them.
