You have everything here to cook your meals without going out. High speed internet/wifi is included, along with cable and Smart TVs in the living room, so you can relax and enjoy your favorite shows or stream movies with your login credentials. The first bedroom has a double/full bed, the second bedroom has a double/full bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds so you can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. Window unit air conditioners in the living room and all bedrooms and two assigned parking spots are provided for added convenience, along with an enclosed porch where you can sit and enjoy your favorite beverage, people watch, or simply take in the breeze off the Atlantic Ocean. Lastly, there's even a mud room so you can conveniently store all of your beach items right by the door. Whether you're looking to enjoy the waves, explore nearby attractions, or simply unwind, this condo has everything you need for a memorable vacation! You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $106.75. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
