GUEST ACCESS:
The entire house is accessible except for two closets marked "No Guest Access."
* PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each check-in, we do a thorough video walkthrough to document the home's condition and cleanliness. This protects guests from unfair charges for pre-existing issues while ensuring accountability for any new damage.
* NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, and pipes, is strictly prohibited indoors. Violations will result in a $500 penalty.
* NO PETS ALLOWED: Unfortunately, I'm allergic to pets that aren't hypoallergenic, so we have a strict no-pets policy. Thanks for understanding!
* NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 7 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.
* RING CAMERA: Just a heads-up, there's a Ring camera installed at the front door for security purposes. There are no video recording devices located inside the house.
* WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
