Welcome to Saida, South Padre Island's beach front playground, where your favorite vacation pastimes are right outside your door! Saida I #204 overlooks the splendid, beach front waters of the Gulf of Mexico and welcomes you to retreat in a soothing pallet of light, coastal colors. Comfortably furnished and tastefully accessorized surroundings open to scenic views while a broad balcony beckons you outside to enjoy fresh ocean breezes. Vacation meals are convenient to prepare in a roomy, fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining and living areas. An oversized master bedroom hosts a king sized bed and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom entails 1 Queen-size beds Two full baths complete the conveniences of this functional, cozy beach retreat. Newly remodeled kitchen!

Every stay at Saida I #204 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. Perfect unit for us! Modern, clean and welcoming.

SPI team came through with the perfect unit for us! And the unit itself was very up to date and definitely clean and welcoming. The SPI team is awesome! They communicate throughout the process and are available to help make our stay /experience a good one.

While everything went smoothly and we loved the condo, there were a couple of maintenance items that needed to be addressed. I reached out to the management team and they did acknowledge receipt of our requests, but we never heard from them again. A couple of important items that should be addressed: 1. patio door was sticking due to recent painting and very difficult to open, 2. The light in the refrigerator was blinking, maybe a short somewhere, 3. bath tub in the master bedroom was VERY slow to drain. I also recommend that a bath mat or sticky tape be placed in that bath tub to prevent slipping and falling. Since it was slow to drain, it left the tub slippery with soap scum.
