Peaceful & Spacious! 3 bed/2 bath duplex in a family friendly, quiet neighborhood steps from the Lewes-Georgetown Trail & the Lewes Public Library.

Location, Location Location! Just a 15-20 minute sidewalk stroll to the Lewes Farmers Market, as well as the great shops & restaurants on 2nd Street. The house is a 5 min drive (1.7 mi) to Lewes Beach, 2.2 mi to the ferry terminal & 3 mi to Cape Henelopen State Park with also easy access to Rehoboth and Dewey. Amazing local coffee shop right down the block and within a 10 min walk to 2 local breweries and an artisan shop.

The Space: Open concept living space with enough comfy seating for all, private patio & back yard. All 3 bedrooms have king beds and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. You'll feel instantly at home & ready to explore Lewes!

Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your getaway one to remember. Ideal for small groups, families with kids, or a couples retreat, we've got beach supplies, baby supplies, games/books, and a LoveSac chair in the living room. Bring your clothes + beach towels- we've got the rest!

Kristina’s was possibly the best rental we have ever had. The house was super comfortable and she had thoughtfully prepared each room for guests. It is centrally located in Lewes and was perfect for our stay. We would love to come back!

Great location, easy walk/ride to bike paths, downtown, restaurants, etc. Great shops nearby - the Station and Lloyds grocery. The fenced backyard abutts a shop on a very busy road. House is average - kind of end of season feel - needs a little freshening up. Coffee maker is a one cup keurig. We brought coffee but couldn't use it. Kitchen needed a good scrubbing - and didn't have some cooking basics or they were well used. The kitchen utensils container was full of dust / cobwebs. They need a better cleaner for the cleaning charge. Host was very responsive, although we only had one inquiry.

Relaxing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was perfect on our arrival; just as advertised. The location was great and in a nice neighborhood. Kristina was a saint to work with from beginning to end; especially, since this was our first experience with Vrbo. We could not have had a better host. Definitely would stay again!

Location location location!

Not only is this property beautiful, it is prime location. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Lewes.
