My husband and I loved this house! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The fenced yard for the dogs is why we chose this house, and it was perfect. Everything is within walking distance. You will not regret booking this home. I am very picky, and will definitely book this home again.

This cute home was the perfect size and location for my husband and our dogs. The home was both clean and modern. We walked everywhere we needed to go with no problem. Then Charleston was only a 15 minute drive away. We loved this property and will be our go to in the future.

What an adorable little cottage! We loved the screened porch and the proximity to the ocean. Sorry that our daughter and her dogs were unable to join us as they would have loved the stay as well.

Lovely, quiet, and indeed just a bit more than a literal stone's throw from the beach, you can't go wrong with this property if you're looking to visit Folly Beach. We really appreciated that it was dog friendly; the fenced in yard was an excellent touch.

Perfect

Everything was perfect and as advertised. We had 2 adults and 2 small dogs. Absolutely ideal location and ideal set up for the dogs with screened in porch and fenced yard. So close to everything. Tons of linens and everything clean and working. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect

This was the prettiest, cleanest, most well cared for house I've ever booked through VRBO. The location allowed me to walk to the beach and to Center Street in Folly Beach. The home had everything you could ask for. The neighborhood was so beautiful with the overarching palm trees. I couldn't ask for more in a beach rental.

Great bungalow for walking to downtown folly beach shops and the beach access is around the corner! It was great for us to walk our dog every morning to see the sunrise!

Wonderful Stay at Folly

Very enjoyable stay at Stone's Throw. Easy access to beach; very clean; well furnished and good amenities; strong WIFI; nice streaming choices; mattresses/bedding very comfortable; nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay again when at Folly Beach!

Solid as a rock

Everything up to date. Fenced in yard nice for our canine. Hurricane Helene came through and we felt the house was very solid and sturdy. Sits high and so no flooding.

Great stay in this cute beach cottage

My daughter and I + our two dogs stayed in this cute cottage for her fall break. It was perfect! Central enough to be close to everything, but also quiet at night. Quick walk to the beach. Outdoor shower to wash the sand off upon return. Very comfortable and exactly as pictured. We will be back!

Amazing location, cozy & clean

Overall, we were happy with this cottage. I chose it because it was a 5 minute walk to the 3rd street beach access point where our boys were having surf camp each morning. It was awesome being so close to the beach! We didn’t need to worry about parking & if we forgot something, we were able to easily walk back to the cottage and get it. Everything was VERY clean and I’ll take that over other accommodations every time. The cottage is quite small, similar to other small cottages on the island, but it was just fine for 2 adults and 2 kids (12 & 9) for the week. There is no dishwasher, which was fine since we mostly ate out. There is no kitchen table inside the home, which wasn’t a big deal to us, but it’s worth noting so future tenants are aware. However, there is a back porch that is screened in with a couch and two chairs and also a table with 4 chairs. I loved sitting out here because it’s shady and there is always a breeze, my family preferred the AC after hot beach days. Again, everything is extremely clean and I appreciate how they launder the bed quilts between tenants making sure everything is fresh. We would stay here again!
