This beautiful fresh and very recently refurbished and refurnished single-story villa boasts, 3 stylish bedrooms, 2 x full bathroom with an open plan living area with Lounge, Dinning area and Kitchen. It also benefits from a separate games room with a Pool Table and a foosball table.



Relax in the master bedroom suite with its King bed, arm chair, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom with shower, twin sinks and a WC. The second bedroom is a beautiful Queen room with flat screen TV, while the 3rd Bedroom has twin beds, a flat screen TV. The family bathroom has a bath/shower, sink and WC.



The home has a laundry area with a washer, dryer and iron.



It has air conditioning, ceiling fans and free Wi Fi throughout. It also has a landline phone for free local calls.



Both the Lounge and Dining area has glass sliding doors onto the private screened in pool and Spa deck with Loungers, chairs and table making it the perfect place to spend a leisurely day or evening sat around the pool soaking up the wonderful Florida Sun.



The home has a paved drive with parking for 2 cars.



The added attraction of this lovely home is that it is within 30 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks, close to shops, supermarkets and lots of restaurants. If you fancy a day trip to the beach you have both the Atlantic (Cocoa Beach) and Gulf Coast beaches (Clearwater) within about 60-80 minutes away. If you are a golfer, then we are close to the prestigious Champions Gate, Reunion and Southern Dunes courses as well as several others including the Disney golf courses.



Please note that our properties are self catering and so guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. To help get you started there will be 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 spare trash liners. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. Pool and spa heat (if applicable) can be added at a charge of $35 per day.



The property is located in Tuscan Hills, an idyllic private gated community. A central clubhouse as you enter the community has a gym, tennis court and volleyball court, and a play area to amuse the children. All are centrally located by the clubhouse, which has a lounge area, complimentary wi-fi, gym and outdoor patio area.
