Welcome to Lei Lani 507, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit located in Orange Beach, AL, offering direct beach access. This spacious corner unit comfortably sleeps up to nine guests, making it perfect for family vacations or group getaways.

The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom offers a full and a twin bed, ideal for a variety of sleeping arrangements. The living area includes a queen sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space. Each bedroom, as well as the living room, is equipped with a TV for entertainment.

Just a short walk from the beach, this complex offers access to a variety of superb amenities. Enjoy the unique Ole River access across the street, perfect for those who appreciate the beauty and activities of a riverside setting. The complex features both an indoor and an outdoor pool, catering to your swimming preferences regardless of the weather. For outdoor dining enthusiasts, the grilling area and gazebo provide a delightful space for meals and relaxation. Tennis courts are available for guests looking to engage in some active fun.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Nice condo - could use some updates. Had issues with the toilet but it was fixed the next morning. Parking is horrible - not enough spaces!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was ok. We saw two roaches in the kitchen, the sliding doors going out to balcony from bedroom would not open, refrigerator stopped cooling twice, and the bathroom shower faucets needed replacing. Also that elevator needed to be overhauled! It was very scary. We started using stairs to avoid it.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ok. I would not choose the unit again for the price. The facility is quite old, elevators are scary, hot, won't work unless the outside doors are closed...wth? Parking is ridiculous, as they give out more passes than spots. Hot water ran out frequently, and I am not sure how well the unit was cleaned prior to our stay as we found hair in the shower.

Orange Beach getaway

Condo was just as expected. Managing group responded quickly to all needs. I will say that I have seen a past review negatively about the fridge. We had problems with it as well. We had spoiled meat due to it not cooling at ALL. I highly recommend the owner spend a bit of their earnings and purchase a new fridge.

A wonderful holiday weekend!

We had a great trip with family! The unit was very nice and beautifully updated. The view was great too! We did have the refrigerator break while we were there and some of our food went bad, but they did send a maintenance person to fix it as soon as they could.

Beachfront property at a great price!

This unit was located in a condo in a great location if you are looking for a little more peace and quiet than the super high-rise condominiums. It is an older building, and the biggest issue we had was that the elevators at the building were pretty sketchy. There are a few minor inconveniences, but for the price, this was a great place to stay and we truly enjoyed our time here! Gulf 2 Beach was great at communication when we had any issues, and we would definitely book another unit through their management in the future.

Host Cancelled on us one week before we were supposed to go. Refund now takes 15 days to process.

This host cancelled our stay one week in advance. This shouldn’t be allowed.

Our New Favorite Family Condo

Overall a great condo. The furnishings were generous without overcrowding and the decor was well-done. Outdoor furniture was more than adequate for our group of 6. I have been coming to Leilani Towers since the mid 1980s and have stayed in many of the 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units over the years and this will be my first choice next year. I have stayed in this unit several times before and really appreciate the changes since my last visit. I do hope that the missing refrigerator door shelves are replaced by then as it would make organizing and finding items easier.

Beach, sunrise, sunset….

You can’t beat the view to include dolphins, pelicans and other birds in a feeding frenzy. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and while we love the unit, it always has appliance maintenance issues. They are good about responding and almost all has been taken care of. We do recommend a new refrigerator and stove at this point. And fix the bi-fold door track in one of the bedrooms.

Beach is the best Vaca

We love this end of the beach, so location was the biggest positive. The unit was clean, and we loved having an extra bed in the spare bedroom. The space overall was perfect for us. Besides the dryer not working perfectly and the struggling ice machine and the parking spaces being a little too tight, it was a great stay. We appreciate the check in process, which was very professional as well.

The wrap-around balcony has stunning views of the gulf, it's in a smaller building that is in a less densely populated area of Orange Beach which means the beach is less crowded - something I love! It's also just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping.My biggest complaints about this unit haven't changed since our first year. The carpet in the bedrooms desperately needs to be replaced, and the tile in the rest of the house needs a deep cleaning. I rarely walk around the condo barefooted because your feet get super dirty. The other issue is the dryer takes hours to dry a load of towels. It also needs to be replaced.Those inconveniences aside, this is a great condo in a great area!

Great condo.

The condo was very spacious for our family. Great location and quick walk to the beach! Outdoor pool very nice! Loved the condo overall. Our only issue was both full beds were very uncomfortable and mattresses should be replaced.

Loved Lei Lani 507! Perfect size, perfect decor and perfect location. The boardwalk to beach is huge plus. 5-10 minutes from anything we wanted to do. Loved the laid back area of Orange Beach. Will definitely return and stay.
