D301 is a uniquely located corner unit 2 bedroom, 2 bath full ocean view condo with AC. This condo is on the third floor so you are walking up stairs.
Watch surfers, windsurfers, and kite boarders as well as Humpback Whales during the Whale season. Wake up to stunning panorama views of Maalaea Bay, Molokini, Kahoolawe, Lanai, and Molokai Islands as well as the West Maui Mountains. This corner unit boasts extra windows so you can also watch the spectacular sunrises over Mt. Haleakala and gorgeous sunsets over the deep blue Pacific Ocean.
This corner unit provides a lot of light through the windows and the floor-to-ceiling glass with sliding doors that open onto the lanai. Eat inside or out on the lanai. The main living area feels spacious with an expansive high beam ceiling for ventilation. The quarts Bar sits 4.The kitchen is done in stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and is well equipped. 65-inch flat screen smart TV. Modern furnishings and sleeper sofa if desired.

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago. I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here. I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now. Such a delight.
I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years. We are on site in the front office and can take care of you. We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
