Stay on Indian Rocks Beach at our beachfront 1b/1b bungalow. This is the bungalow at the entrance to the complex. While it doesn't have a beach view, you do have a channel view from your patio outfront, and access to the large Beachfront patio at the front of the complex! Plus, you don't beachfront rates while only having a 20 second walk to the sand!

The perfect couples’ getaway or small family vacation right on Indian Rocks Beach 🏖️! This 1-bedroom, 1-bath bungalow is fully equipped and includes a pullout couch 🛋️ as a second bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.

Linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee ☕, and soaps 🧴 are provided at check-in. Additional supplies can be purchased at nearby stores. Relax and enjoy your beachfront escape! 🌴



⚠️ Please note, a digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival. A legal ID and verification photo also must be provided.

Guest Access:

🏡 Bungalow Privacy & Complex Info

Bungalow 1 is private (bungalow unit), but the complex includes 4 units. Bungalows 1 and 2 are located just behind the main house, while units 3 and 4 are beachfront. You’ll enjoy a very short and easy walk to the beach—just steps from the beautiful shoreline. Parking, laundry, and the beachfront patio are shared.

🍖 Outdoor Amenities

- Guests in Units 1 and 2 may use the picnic table and grill

- Please leave the grill and picnic area clean before you go

This is right on Indian Rocks Beach! It's a travel destination!



Getting Around:

Some stuff is walkable, but you may want a car!

Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine



🐜 Pest Note: We treat regularly, but Florida may have occasional pests. No refunds are issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address concerns.



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related



🚼Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one at the time of booking to confirm availability.

Interaction with guests



PLEASE NOTE:

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.



✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
