This rental was the perfect size for my group and was conveniently located half way between our activities we had planned in Pigeon Forge and the National Park. We adored our stay here and would absolutely come back!

The host was very responsive prior to and during our stay. The location was great for access to the smokies and surrounding area.

Super cute and quiet area. We stayed ten days and had a good stay.Beds have only a light comforter, no extra blankets provided, if you like a throw blanket bring them. We found it challenging to keep floors clean with small dusk vacuum provided, as there we no supplies to mop orclean them with. Overall, a good stay, lots of space and super convenient foe Dollywood and PF area. Would stay again

Wonderful!

The house was beautifully renovated, perfect location close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The host was incredibly accommodating and very responsive. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay here. The owners were extremely communicative and replied back instantly. We thought we had two different issues, but it turned out we just misunderstood how to use the door and needed to reset the hot water heater. They were patient, helpful, and quick to assist.The place is very well stocked and well equipped. They even provide laundry detergent, dishwashing tabs, plenty of trash bags, and other essential items you might need during your stay. It really added to the convenience and comfort.The location is great, very close to Wild Side, about 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 20 minutes to Gatlinburg. We would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Nice place and location

We were one of the first people to stay here after renovation. Everything was accurate as described we ended up bringing our own bedding I suggest doing the same as there was only a sheet and a thin blanket. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be by foothills Parkway and where’s Valley the view of the mountains was exceptionally nice. Communication was great and I’m usually one to complain, but there was not much to complain about. The only problem that I did not like is that you had to go around the back of the house to enter the house with a key lock, the front lock did not work, which was a little inconvenient, but I’m sure they’re gonna fix that. It would’ve been a little better if they had done some landscape work trim trees mow grass But all in all it was a perfect trip. I would definitely rent again.

House was very clean, very roomy for large family group (with 6 teenagers!) Host was exceptional with communication! Loved the house, the location, and amenities! Kitchen exceptionally well stocked for cooking. Having 4 bathrooms was delightful, too. WiFi was great ! Would very definitely stay again!!

Loved the location. It is right off wears valley, rural but easy to get to and a nice view of the mountains. The layout of the property was decent, especially with kids. We weren’t really able to use any of the outdoor space, could not get onto the balcony from the upstairs bedroom either (door would not open). Not a big deal for us since I had the weekend pretty busy, but it would have been nice to let them roam a bit while I packed up for the day. You can definitely tell the property was upgraded inside. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The host did offer to have someone come clean, but by then we had already checked in and it was late late. All other issues weren’t real issues and he was very responsive to help us resolve them quickly. The WiFi worked well and most of the TV’s we didn’t even have to log into which was surprisingly nice with a bossy 4 yr old wanting to watch ASAP. I loved how bright the bathrooms were even in the shower. Most of our rentals the bathrooms have been very dim lighting wise with small showers.
