NEWLY RENOVATED!GREAT FOR FAMILIES OR BUSINESS! Welcome to Burning Tree, a Family Friendly Cabin with space to spread out & Beautiful Views of the Valley. Located just off of Wears Valley Road, about 20 minutes from the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge, this Newly Renovated Cabin has two covered wrap-around porches with a gas grill and lots of rockers, comfy chairs & views to relax and soak in the peace of the valley. Easy location and close to lots of activities. Burning Tree offers you the privacy and views, without the crazy mountain drive!

Step onto the wrap around porch to the front door and walk into a large open family room with two dining areas, lots of space to sit around the living room, and a large family kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes, flatware, etc and look through the large windows out onto the porch at the amazing valley & mountain view. The main level also hosts a large master bedroom with king bed and a double walk-in shower, and there is a half bath just off the living room!

Head upstairs to a large sitting area with a comfy chair to relax and read or nap or just look out at that incredible view. On either side of the sitting area are two bedrooms, both king beds & both have their own baths with beautiful tile walk-in showers. All bedrooms have Samsung Smart Televisions for your enjoyment.

Downstairs will take you to the laundry & then into the large Game Room, with a shuffleboard table, Boss Toss Game, Foosball Table, Corn Hole Bean Bag Toss, and much more. From there you can enter the Theater Room with a Large Screen & Theater Chairs!

Just through another door on the lower level is the bunk room with a set of Queen Bunks (log bunk beds, large & sturdy), another lounge area with a large flat screen & lots of space to relax & enjoy the fun! There is also a full bathroom just off of the bunk room with walk-in shower. Also, off of the bunk room is the fourth bedroom with a queen bed & full bathroom with a large tile walk-in shower.

A real cabin experience nestled in the foothills but secluded from the city.

Burning Tree 4172 is beauiful!! We had 8 adults and 1 six year old in our group and it was the perfect cabin. We all loved the game room and theater room.

Everything couldnt of been better, Didn’t have hot water first shower but tripped breaker.Towards of end of stay wasps coming through master bathroom.total of 5 but al in all i want to go back for a few days and just stay inside all day. This was Jeep invasion so we were out. A lot. All in all it was Beautiful and Loved it. Stacey was excellent! Thank you!

We really loved our stay it is a beautiful cabin with beautiful views plenty of room for our big group. Our only complaint was who ever the cleaners were did a basic hit and miss with their cleaning also for that many people it really needs a bigger hot heater but on and all we loved it and would stay there again

Annual family summer trip

We do 2 family trips a year with my husband’s family, a summer and a pre-Christmas. This cabin was amazing. Very roomy we had 12 adults stay and had room for more. Watched 2 movies in the theater room. Enjoyed the shuffle board and bag toss games as well. Cooked large meals in this spacious kitchen and had 2 full tables so had plenty of seating for everyone! We were able to park 6 vehicles in the parking lot and could have parked more, Driveway was a little steep so be prepared. Spoke multiple occasions with the owners who were quick to respond and very accommodating, even gave us some shopping tips lol! Would highly recommend this property for your large group vacation.

Great experience and mountains views

This cabin was perfect. It was so spacious clean and slept everyone comfortable. The rooms were great size, the game room was awesome especially the theater room. The many views of the mountains especially seeing the sunrise was breathtaking. Loved it was close to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. The area was nice and quiet and no furry visitors bears. Will most definitely recommend this place to anyone. Stacy was very attentive with everything and went above and beyond and Sonny was great as well with providing any additional info. They only have the one set of bunk beds not two. Stacy was amazing in providing an air mattress. The only thing I would say is maybe having some more pot, pans and big bowls for large families who need to cook large meals. I would definitely incorporate an air fryer for those who need to be on the go. I loved the fact that it had a dual coffee maker with the keurig to choose from. Don’t pass up on this cabin it’s a must stay in.

Reviewer Comments: I'm a very picky person when choosing a place to stay in during family vacations.I have to have a beautiful very clean place for my kids to live in and enjoy their time. After I booked this cabin I started getting very nervous and kept looking at the pictures posted online, I didn't like it that much but I kept telling myself to relax and wait until I get there and if I don't like something I'll just let them know. When I got there I couldn't believe they posted those photos, this cabin is absolutely beautiful it's 100 times better than in photos. My kids and husband were shocked seeing it. I loved how happy they looked with this place, it was huge so many beds, tvs,games, big theater room. All the sheets blankets pillows were new. The mattresses and pillows were so comfortable it was the best sleep I had in a long time. The kitchen was huge and has new pots,pans,cups,mugs, everything you'll need. It's home away from home.I booked 7 days exactly before I got there I was thinking it was probably too much, but when I finished my 7 days I needed to book 4 more days and when my 4 days were over my husband had to drag me out. I've never felt so comfortable in a place I rented during our trips like I felt in this place. It's so homey and also Sunny the manager of my smokey rentals was so amazing and made us feel so welcome she checked up on us everyday and made sure we were enjoying our stay. Thank you Sunny for everything. We usually take a family trip once to twice a year and I never go to the same state . But now I can't imagine not going to Tennessee every year and staying in this cabin and dealing with anyone other than Sunny. Thank you again for everything.

When we first stepped into the cabin we noticed that it was really clean. Next, we noticed the amazing view. The cabin is spacious and has room for a crowd. We did see a momma bear and her two cubs on the street in front of the house. We kept our distance and they went on their way. Overall we had a great time and will tell others about this cabin.

The furniture was in great shape, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of dishes and supplies to make meals without any hassle. We were impressed by how well-maintained everything was.The only thing we noticed was that there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, but since we always travel with a fan, it wasn’t a big deal for us.Overall, this was an excellent stay. The combination of helpful staff, a clean and spacious cabin, and a convenient location made this the perfect place for our getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Love this house for a big group! The view was amazing and it wasn’t too far from the parkway (20 min). It was nice having a bathroom for each family and a downstairs area with games, as well as a theater.

The cabin is in a great location with beautiful view of the surrounding smokey mountains. Plenty of space and bathrooms for a large group. There are plenty of fun activities and games in the cabin to enjoy for a night staying in. The only thing that we didn't like is there aren't any storage containers for left overs if you plan to cook meals there. Nor are there basic essentials like salt, pepper, cooking spray. And if you want to wipe the counter tops off after cooking there are no type of cleaning products available.

The cabin was great and perfect for our group of 12. Super spacious and it was clean. Communication with the owners was easy. The AC had gone out on the lower level but the issue was addressed immediately, which we appreciated! Overall we loved it and will be back for our yearly trip to that area!

Perfect for our short weekend.

Great getaway!

We absolutely loved and 1000% recommend this location. Communication leading up to, day of, during and upon exit of the property was well above par. The listing was as described and better. We had unexpected snow/ice the evening prior our leaving and the property manager Stacey did all she could to assist in our safe ability to leave to return home. Definitely would visit again as a family in ‘26!!!
