Thank you for staying with us. The condo is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival. Due to Key West’s tropical island environment, nearby marina activity, and open-air walkways, floors can naturally collect fine outdoor debris during a stay. Being right on the water, we use durable polywood-style furniture to withstand the coastal environment, but we appreciate your feedback and will share it with the HOA. Thank you for your feedback. When the floor concern was brought to our attention on the 2nd day of your stay we responded within minutes and offered to have our cleaning team return that same day. Unfortunately, despite several follow-up attempts we didn't receive a response for more than 24 hours. As with many homes throughout Key West, fine environmental debris can be tracked indoors despite professional cleaning. The home is centrally air conditioned and the HVAC system is professionally maintained on a semiannual service schedule by a licensed company. Although we did not observe staining during our post-stay inspection, we had the curtains cleaned as part of our ongoing maintenance. -Kim & Jenny 🌴
