Beautiful quiet space next to beautiful beaches

Me and my family enjoyed the place it was as shown in the images, close to Boqueron, La Parguera, playa Buye and Combate. Would definitely stay there again.

The White House DeceptionThe main reason we booked this house was the pool. When we arrived the pool walls were green with algae. The pool is not properly mantained. We couldn't get into the pool until the next day in the afternoon. The house needs lots of maintenance. Everything is low low quality and/or falling apart. That's the MO.The mattresses, TERRIBLE. After the first night, my brother drove back to his house one hour to get 2 air mattresses for us to sleep in. He also brought pots, pans and utensils.What didn't work:-Pool with algae, Check-Dead cockroach in master closet, Check-Tiny alive cockroaches in shower, Check-Terrible Mattresses, Check-Toilets that don't flush properly, Check-Linens that should be replaced a long time ago, Check-Poor illumination, Check-Low quality Pots and Pans, Check-Didn't pass the white sock clean test, CheckWhat worked: -AC's worked well, but in closer look, needed maintenance-The WIFI worked-Host was readily available to "fix" the pool issue, it shouln't have been an issue in the 1st place. After the dubious response, blaming the algae on sunscreen and prior guests, I knew, I shouldn't contact her anymore. If you want to stay in a decent clean place, this is not it.Check other reviews that confirm the maintenace issue. This property is managed to Bill, Bill, Bill and not re-invest for the comfort of the guests.

Thanks you so much for the review but unfortunately i have to disagree with this review. i understand the situation regarding the swimming pool; it was sent to be cleaned the very next day as arranged with you. and it was cleaning again the following days. the maintenance worker visited the house 3 times just to verify the water quality for you. just in time for your stay an orders was placed for comforters, covers sets and sheets $220.00, of course we have bins with olds but clean bed stuff for any emergency, extra towels and covers, comforters were left for you in very good shape to use as replacements if necessary. We submitted receipts for cleaning supplies, shampoos, hand wash, body wash and bedding clothes, as well as photos of the cleaning done for your stay to the vrbo program team just for their evaluation.

Great location in Cabo Rojo

We enjoyed our stay - the house was spacious and provided a lot of room for our family of 3 adults and one teen. The pool was an extra bonus - perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day of exploration. This area of Puerto Rico is beautiful and there is so much to see!

Great house for family.

This house has great access to many of the best beaches on the west coast of Puerto Rico. Host was very nice and attentive. Her hospitality was top notch. I recommend this house.

Prime location

House has everything you need. This is our second stay here and we will be renting this property going forward. Love everything about this place. It has a beautiful brand new pool as well.

Beautiful,Spacious and comfortable home

The home was large and comfortable . We loved the location- close to beaches and great restaurants. AC throughout the house, plenty of bathrooms and perfect for a family vacation. The host was friendly and ready to answer questions at anytime. We had a wonderful and memorable weekend.

PR Relaxation

My family had an amazing time. House was beautiful and close to so many great beaches. If you like the Cabo Rojo area this is definitely the house to have. Host were great. Very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back and recommending this location to friends.

Puerto Rican Paradise

Property was better than expected. Rooms were very big. We enjoyed the entire stay especially the location of the property. Owner contacted me several times to ensure everything was ok. We were very pleased with the stay and will recommend to others.

Great location close to restaurants between cabo rojo and mayaguez. Pool was a little small. Probably good for smaller children vs teenagers. Kitchen was lacking spices had to buy our own. Little dirty. Probably needs a good paint job.

Host was available when we had questions and the house was nice and in a good neighborhood but there were things that needed attention.For starters, the white couch was broken and we did not use it , Half of the beach chairs in the garage were broken so we opted not to use them, the small cooler in the garage was also not useable and while we were there.. the lounge chairs by the pool were old and cracked and my mother in law was sitting on one of them and it completely broke causing her to fall onto the patio. I messaged the owner about it and told them to check the cameras to prove we did not intentionally break it and the response was that they’re going to file a claim to the insurance I purchased. It’s a nice place but I think the house needs some attention for future renters .

Thanks bernie for your review. All the things you mentioned were repaired and broken things trough away, about the chairs for sure i know that was not intentional but that is how the program works. if something was reported broke during any stay owners has to report it and claim. thanks
