ORIUOLO 10 is a wonderful apartment in the heart of Florence, in a historic building from the 1500s, only 4min walk to the breathtaking Piazza Duomo.

The apartment, completely renovated, occupies the entire second floor of the building (55 STEPS, NO ELEVATOR).

Covering an area of ​​more than 200 sqm (2152 sq ft), it has:
- 4 spacious bedrooms (two of which also have a sofa bed inside)
- a big living room with romantic mezzanine
- a fully equipped kitchen with table
- 3 bathrooms with shower
- an infrared sauna room (sauna available from 1st November to 31st March).

Oriuolo 10 is equipped with a heating and air conditioning system and Wi-Fi connection.

The apartment doesn’t have an elevator as it is located in a historic building.

The apartment is easily reachable from the Florence airport (9 km) and from the Santa Maria Novella railway station (1,5 km).
Being in a limited traffic area, we advise you to book in advance a parking space in the paid car park which is less than 1 min walk.

CITY TAX:
At check-in guests will have to pay the tourist tax in Euro cash which amounts to €6.00 per person per night (children under 12 years are excluded).

GUESTS:
The no. of people in the reservation must correspond to the no. of people who will stay in the apartment.
After eight guests, each additional guest pays an additional €100 per person per night.

CHECK-IN:
At check-in it is mandatory to provide your passport and sign the short-term tourist rental agreement.

Conveniently located near the Duomo and close to Santa Croce and its Christmas market. Several restaurants, shops, and bakeries nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

This is a lovely place to stay in Florence, within walking distance of all of the key sites. We were traveling with family - 8 adults - and we had plenty of space, comfortable beds, ample bathrooms, and all that we needed, including a local grocery store just down the block. We visited during a heat wave, so really appreciated having AC when we returned from exploring each day.

Excellent Apartment in the heart of Florence

We were very pleased with our stay in the apartment. It was very well equipped, very clean, and very spacious. Great sites and restaurants were within easy walking distance; the Duomo was just a five minute walk! We would stay there again.

Great for families just steps from the Duomo!

Very impressed by the property! Stayed here on a family trip with three adult couples and one other adult and it was perfect. Bedrooms are well equipped with extra blankets and towels, very clean, and excellent location in the heart of Florence just steps from the Duomo. The laundry was an added plus for an extra stay. We were even able to access the apartment early and they helped us carry it it suitcases up the stairs!

Great location!

What a great location, In the heart of Florence! Such a beautiful spot with unique features of the home. Although the sauna was not available for us during our stay it’s a great touch after a long day on the streets! Don’t miss out on this unique location!

Fantastic location, beautiful flat

Wonderful flat, just minutes from the Duomo. Check in was easy, on time and incredibly friendly. Only negative is Monday night the pizza bar below the flat can get noisy. Other than that beautiful, spacious and a great home base for your stay in Florence.

Luxury apartment with sauna near Duomo

The apartment was very nice. AC worked well and was nice to have as we like it cool in our room at night. We had plenty of room to spread out and everyone had their own room. There was plenty of hot water for us to take showers at night for the 6 of us. We would stay here agin when in Florence as it was centrally located. We walked to everything we wanted to do.

Amazing location and facility

Great location within a few minutes walk of the Duomo, the apartment is just as described in words and photos. We stayed from Monday night through Friday morning and did not notice excessive noise from the pizza shop below as a few others did. Note that you are 2 levels above the street, so there is an apartment between you and the pizza shop. That’s why there are the larger number of steps as defined in the word description. Truly a wonderful place.

Excellent location and great communication with host!

This trip to Italy was planned many months ago and the host Elisa was responsive to all my questions from the very beginning. She gave great instructions on how to meet at the apartment when we arrived in Florence and even provided us with a gift basket after check-in. The location Is AMAZING (you can see the Duomo from the bedroom!) and the apartment was extremely clean. There is a washer/dryer available for your dirty travel clothes, an adorable kitchen with table for coffee & croissants before your day of touring, and then a comfortable living room with smart TV to chill at the end of the day. The teenage boys enjoyed the foosball table in their bedroom and our tween niece loved the board games in the loft! A real find with a great host. Don’t miss this opportunity in Florence with Elisa!

Great place for a large group

The place was great!!! The rooms were roomy with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked. The sauna was an added bonus for us as well. Mila met us for check in and she was so helpful and kind. Whenever we had a request for supplies, they responded very quickly. It got pretty noisy at night with people at the street level. When you closed the windows it shut out most of the noise but you could still hear it. Also, it is on the 4th floor so there are some steps. It was helpful when we arrived that someone from the place was there to help us get our luggage up all the steps. We only had to move the luggage in and out so it wasn't too bad. I definitely would recommend this place to stay at. It was so close to everything.

Absolutely wonderful!

I am an Italian-American author and coach who leads Italian retreats for my clients. I spend months choosing just the right details to serve them in beautiful ways. The place we stay is very very important to me. From the very first communication with Elisa to the last and everything in between, i give a 5 star review to this property. New. Exquisitely clean. Lovely. Equipped with everything we needed including a sauna. A mix of modern furnishings and art but with the respect to the historic architecture. Location right down from the duomo. We loved it and my clients were so happy! Here are some points you need to note that I would want to know: historic buildings have no lift and this is the top floor. There is street noise but it is charming and part of the City Center experience if you see it that way (which I do) and you can always use a sleep app if you need to. And also, our taxi driver took us to the wrong street so be sure you are on Oriuolo and not the street adjacent. This was such a lovely trip and this luxury apartment was an important part of it!
