Here you are very close to all main tourists spots, and are surrounded by boutiques and restaurants.

The apartment is located on a 4th floor with elevator (RARE FEATURE!!) in a beautiful historic palazzo.

The entire property has been completely renovated in a contemporary manner, with care and attention to the most minimal details to guarantee maximum comfort. The atmosphere is relaxing due to the carefully chosen color scheme and the furnishings that match the overall style of the property. The entire apartment is very bright and spacious, with parquet floors, AC throughout and beautiful views.

This property has a large living room connected to the dining/ kitchen area. The living area is spacious and beautifully furnished. The functional kitchen is completely equipped with all the amenities and comforts of a real home, as well as a stylish dining room table.

The rest of the apartment is dedicated to the 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom space and the laudry room. Each bedroom is equipped with AC and TV. On the first level you will find three bedrooms, two with an ensuite bathroom and one of this with a little balcony. The forth bedroom and bathroom are located on a second level with a little living area.

This property is managed directly by Apartments Florence's qualified staff, to guarantee you the highest quality of service and assistance during your stay in Florence. The check in/check out procedure, bed linens, cleaning service, assistance and maintenance are all provided directly by Apartments Florence's staff.

This was a fantastic apartment, very spacious, and nicely furnished. The location was central to all the sights, walkable to everything. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which is very rare in the historic section, plus the building had a working elevator, a huge plus. The AC worked great. I highly recommend this apartment. Perfetto!

A Perfect Florence Oasis

The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything with the most fabulous restaurants and attractions immediately around the corner. The building is undergoing a huge renovation and the apartment is very "modern American" including a great sized washer and dryer, rain showers, fully-equipped kitchen and a lift. The apartment is on the fourth floor so the lift is very much appreciated for transporting luggage or yourself after a long day exploring Italy. The apartment was clean with plenty of towels and the host is readily available before, during and after to assist with questions and arranging transportation. Best part was opening the windows in the afternoon and hearing the gently hustle of the leather market with views of the old villas on the distant hills. Would stay here again without any hesitation!

Outstanding rental in the heart of Florence

Great place with plenty of space, all of the amenities, and a stones throw from anything you want to do in Florence. And the rental group/owner couldn't have been any easier to work with. I can't recommend this place enough!!

In The Heart of Town

Lovely place right in the heart of everything. Good soundproofing, but when we chose to open the window at night, we got a performance of opera or classical music, sometimes with modern songs, such as the theme of the Godfather! They played in the open market just below us. And the famous boar whose nose one rubs for good luck is in that market square. It empties out of its goods at night. Excellent restaurants and local places abound. The Ponte Vecchio bridge is a minute from the apartment. Wonderful place, and the lift turned out to be a life-saver given how much we overpacked - oops! I can highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful stay in a very stylish apartment in the heart of Florence

Fully renovated stylish modern apartment, with all the amenities you may need, very bright and spacious, exactly as advertised, super convenient location, walkable to everything in historical Florence. Small elevator, otherwise walk 4 flights of stairs, which was not a problem for us. They charged us twice for city tax, but refunded as soon as I emailed them about it. Highly recommend this property

Elegant spacious gem in the heart of Florence

The apartment is spacious clean and bright. Very well appointed and quiet despite being in a popular neighborhood near the Leather market. Easy walk to everything Florence has to offer. The beds are comfortable and seating in kitchen for 6 was roomy. Management response to one issue we had was prompt and highly satisfactory. Great spot and much better than a hotel!

Close to the center of it all, this place had all of the amenities of home and fit our group of two couples and 5 kids perfectly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Central location in a fabulous apartment!

From start to finish our booking with Apartments Florence has been exceptionally easy. The apartment was perfect and a short stroll to many of the main attractions. Being right in the heart of the city meant we were spoilt for choice with restaurants but found a favourite on the same street! The apartment was very clean and the booking in process simple with a host meeting us at the property. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Apartments Florence again.

This Apartment was the BEST

Honestly, this was one of the best places to stay in Florence! Between the questions of location, or amenities, or cleanliness, or anything else that comes up when searching for a place to stay, LOOK NO FARTHER! This apartment pulls out the red carpet for sure! It’s a show-stopper!! My family (of 8) traveled throughout Italy for the past month (July, 2022) , and chose apartments over hotels. This apartment was the best, hand’s down!! Modern, cool, spacious, open, and cold blowing a/c made this top on our list. My family was so blown away from the modern style of this apartment, the size, the ability to accommodate 8 people comfortably, and the COLD blowing a/c (not a common feature in Italy). Upon my next trip, I will only stay in this apartment, regardless of the amount of people that travel with me!! Best location, best apartment, and best owner!

Spacious, immaculate, fabulous location

Seamless check in process - Lorenzo met us and showed us all about the apartment. The locates unbeatable just across the from the Mercato Porcellino, yet the apartment was very quiet with great AC. Very well appointed with soothing modern decor and updated bathrooms. I would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Fantastic Stay in Central Florence

Our family traveled to Florence to visit our college aged daughter who is studying abroad. We had two grandmas, my husband and myself and two 17 year olds. The apartment was beautiful and spacious enough for all of us. Very modern amenities and a wonderful central location - walkable to all of the sights of Florence. The elevator was also key for luggage and our older travelers. Would highly recommend and definitely want to stay here again.

We loved our stay on Via Porta Rosa!

My family of 7 - including my 80-year old mother, had a wonderful 3 night stay in this very modern and comfortable apartment near the Arno in Florence. The elevator was absolutely necessary for my Mother - and we are so glad to have had it. The ground floor is "0" and the apt is on the 4th floor (so 5 flights up). Great for the younger of us to work off the pizza/gelato! The location was excellent - very close to Ponte Vechhio bridge - and the apartment was uber quiet even with some road construction going on right below. The cafe literally outside our door was excellent - mostly locals gathering for morning coffee/pastries. We went there every morning and brought things back up to the apartment. Great restaurant just down the street called La Bussola - one of the best meals of our trip.
