Beach Front Property! Newly Renovated 2/1

We definitely were not trying to “remove” the router, we were upgrading the system to make the signal stronger. We were just trying to move it to an area where it could provide better coverage along with installing a booster. We asked and you declined and we respected your request we did not repeatedly try to come into the unit. Ocean beach will bring an eclectic beach crowd on sunny holidays, but we haven’t ever heard of or seen meth at the beach park, there is 24 hour security that patrols that area. I this a public beach similar to Venice beach. The additional items could have been addressed during your stay. We have regular pest control that could have come for additional service and we could have sent more lights. We have also added window coverings. This is a relatively new property for us and we can only rely on guest communication to fulfill any requests. Most people stay for a couple of nights and have not mentioned any shortcomings with lighting but it would have been a simple thing to resolve if we had known during your extended stay. It’s unfortunate that Your direct communication didn’t reflect what was written in the post checkout review.
